God or Miracle whatever you say they love hardworking person and give opportunities to them in a thousand fold. It happens on her side too. She was a strong devout of Sai Baba God as she used to take fast on a particular day to control her hunger. It's her principle and she used to love her God as a father. She was appointed in one day school and one evening ladies school where she have to teach Social and Maths specially.

That day School Principal name was Sunjoy Kumar. He used to make Nammu work in all time table and encouraged her to be the best. 18 year Nammu used to have mood swings sometime because of over dose of works which she was laid upon. Sometimes,she have to prepare results and had to check all the homework copies of absent teachers in an advance which pinches her alot. She used to have various dialectical teachers including Marathi, Gujrati and a Christian teacher. He was the math teacher too. His name was John. He used to order Nammu as he was a senior teacher and tries to play naughty pranks. Nammu feels agitated seeing her working routine as she was heavily pressed upon with day and night school. For after one and a half year, she decided to resign herself and she straightly cut her matters to the Principal that she was getting an over load pressure of work and she couldn't focus herself.

That principal Sunjoy ordered Nammu to bring results and she was in a dilemma that she is going to resign and still he is giving her commands. Yes he did. She brought all the hordes of report card and let her to sit down.

He politely says, " Nammu I cannot let you go as you are my little sister. I give you work thinking as my own sister and I am sharing you a secret, her face resembles like you. She is no more so, I see her reflection in you, I am sorry for those all these pressures as I an trust you our little birdie." He kept that resignation letter into his cupboard and tell her to take a day off so that she can take her time and she is resigning this in her instant anger. She kept stunned and took her time to think if that is okay.

She ponder all those stuffs which school teachers used to do. They sometimes brought a tiffin for her as she used to starve. Her students love her as she used to be a very humble teacher of the class. Her school teachers hugged her as a sister whenever she was in her destitute sadness and laughs in her mood swings. She had felt the familial atmosphere from there and though there used to be a work pressure she atleast used to rejoice her self whenever she needed. She used to take mild breaks to receive her brother to take him to home and preparing lunch for sisters. As she was the small age teacher she freely put her ideas on teacher meetings.Overall, she was loved by her school community.

She decided that she wouldn't be resigning till an emergency comes into. After that principal immediately conducted a small teacher meeting, saying that there will be no work pressure for Nammu, and hope they will do their work from themselves including report card preparation, all node in a reverential awe and there she shows her teeth of victorious smile.
