To say that Rose was a nervous wreck would be an understatement. She was up all night preparing her documents and rehearsing her speech. She kept repeating it over and over as she paced around their room.
“Rose, it will be alright.” Fred said gently. “You will do amazing and get the deal.”
“Oh, what do you know about getting a deal!” She screamed and Fred could feel another tantrum coming.
“It is your fault I am stuck doing this in the first place! I did not even want to go! And when I don't get it, they will find more reasons to make fun of us! Do you even care about me? Nobody had asked you to go ahead and open your mouth. After this, you will have to go down on your knees and I will be humiliated, AGAIN! Please… just stop and leave me alone!”
