"Excuse me?" Fred gasped.
He did not know how Kayla had found out about him and Emma. But truth be told, there was nothing to be found out. It was just a one night thing. For him, it was just an unfortunate incident that took place in the heat of the moment. It did not mean anything. At least to him.
Did Emma tell Kayla? Perhaps by mistake? But that was not possible. Emma was smart enough to handle herself and her words in front of other people. He knew for a fact that nobody except for him and her knew about their night.
