"WE'RE GOING TO be stepsisters. Oh my God," Violet shrieks with excitement. The two other girls laugh at the brunette's reaction whilst they all sit on the bleachers.
"Too bad you're not going to get to enjoy it much since high school’s almost over and then we'll go to college," Lana says, bringing everyone back to reality.
"Ugh, don't remind me of it," Violet grimaces. "I'm not ready to let go of the perks of living under my mom's roof, and not having to work. I can even say I'll miss high school," she laughs. "Will you miss this, Pearl?"
Pearl shrugs. "I guess so. High school has been great for me if we exclude some recent events. But I'm excited about college, you know. There are so many new things we'll get to experience, learn, and see. In all honesty, I'm done with this town," she
