Chapter 18“Are you ready?” Kenta asked Milo who had been rather quiet during the trip to Mariana’s estate early the next morning.
The car had stopped right outside the main gate of Mariana’s estate for quite a few minutes now, and he, Milo, and Jensen were still seated inside the vehicle. He could tell that Milo was apprehensive about the upcoming confrontation while Jensen seemed rather nonchalant about the situation. In all honesty, Kenta hadn’t wanted Jensen to come along with him and Milo because the conversation with Mariana could deteriorate fast, and the potential danger was huge.
