Hand Me Over, Please!

The next morning i awoke on a table in the main hall, where the children once played with joy, the light, the happinessthe once eminated the room, was noe dark, the feeling of heppiness was no longer present. As i sat up and looked around i was surrounded by blood, and bodies. The room was like i just woken up in a war zone. I climbed down from the table, but as i did, much to my horror i stood in a river of blood, trying to stand without slipping in the blood was a great task indeed, i looked around to see if i could see Maria-Hope, or her mother or even her evil sister Gemma, but there was no life in the room at all.

I slowly and as respectfully as i could clambered over the bodies, to see if i could find life within the walls, as i got half way across the hall, i heard voices coming from the corridor to Tinas office, i limped, trudged my way down the dark blood infested corridor to the office, as i approached the office door i heard 3 womens voices arguing with each other.

I heard my name a few times, and they were arguing over how they were going to deal with the situatiin in hand. Whatever attacked obviously wanted something, but what? how did that entity get into a spellbound protected room? these are all questions that they a shouting at each other but yet no one has any answers for.

I knocked lightly on the door, the voices went deadly quite. I opened the door to see the teary, angry, scared and bruised faces of Tina, Gemma and Maria-Hope stood around whay was left of a desk, i had a feeling i was interupting a trial meeting against me. I think their conclusion if not Tina and Maria-Hopes, then definately Gemma's, was that it was because of me that the haven was attacked. If that wasn't their conclusion i certainly felt like it, as their attitudes towards me changed, Gemma never liked me anyway but evidentually, with the current situation, she never will give me a chance to prove myself.

Gemma threatened Maria-Hope "get him out of here or i will", she stormed out the door bardging me out the way, lost and confused i asked "what's going on? why has this all happened?

Maria-hope cried "the demons must have known you were here, they must have followed us, somehow the barrier spell that protects us was destroyed, thats what the huge bang was". With a feeling of dread and fear again that these people have died for me, i held my head low and strolled to the wall, i lent against the wall, speachless needless to say. While i was leaning against the wall with tears welling up in my eyes, hoping someone would tell me what i needed to do to make things right, i asked "so where do we go now? What do we do?". I looked at Tina hoping for answers, but to no prevail, she just sat staring into the desk debris, a poor lost and confused soul with no answers and know one to guide her in the right direction.

I asked Maria-Hope why the barrier broke, she shook her head "i dont know" she cried, i held her in my arms as she sobbed into my shoulder. As she cried i looked over at Tina and she walked to the small window and stared into it. All i coukd think was this must be her thinking space.

As Maria and I hugged, little did we know was Gemma was stood at the door, she cried "the barrier spell is a strong spell it shouldnt have broken the way it did", intreaged i asked "so what are you saying" Gemma replied with great daggers for me "it means it was tampered with, thats why the soul keeper found you in the office" she turned to Maria-Hope and said with suspicision "you placed the barrier spell on the office", Maria-hope quickly defended herself by saying "mum and i did the spell, how do i know you didnt tamper with it? You were the one who started torturing him and threatened me to get him out of here".

With the events that occured they all became very suspicious of each other, as though someones betrayed them before.

my suspicions were on Gemma. Gemma was the one that tried to hurt me in the great hall, she didn't even find out who i was, before she started using her magic on me for torturing purposes.

As all yhree ladies argued, i syood leaning against the door frame when i heard a voice in the dark corridor outside the office, the voice sounded familiar and it was calling my name, i looked out the door, to find no one stood there, i slowly made my way out the door and peered around the wall into the great hall but there was knowone there, while the sisters and mother were still accusing each other, i still stood in the blood infested corridor looking, around i turned to walk back to Tina's office, untik i heard that same voice again, so i turned back to the main hall, once again i climbed over the bodies and looked around for the source of this voice.

As i turned i investigated the debris of the big metal doors, i was surprised to find at the top of the stairs there was a vision of my mum chained up with a rope around her neck, she called "Brendon", "mum" i cried, i ran to her aid she seemed so real, i climbed as fast as i could, i ran to her aid and went straight through her as if she was just a haunting spirit, she desperately said "Brendon do not come here she will not release me even if she did get your soul, please keep away from him stay safe dont trust anyone, i love you" "mum" i called "please we can get to you, theres these 3 witches that are finding a spell to get down to you and drag you out". She cried "please stay away, you'll just walk straight into her hands, and you'll give her what she wants". Just then she faded away and all went to a deathly silence once more, i didnt get the chance to say i love you or maybe even a good bye, this could have been the last i ever seen of my mother.

From behind me, at the bottom of the stairs Tina said "your mums a good mum shes trying to keep you safe, as she has always done" i walked down the stairs towards her as she explained "Ever since she summoned the soul keeper we've been watching over you, when your dad died we watched closer. Since then weve been watching every move youve ever made, we just don't know what has gone wrong, we have our theories but we need to investigate. So trust us 3 to get your mother back, but you need back off we'll put you in a safe area again, we can do this by doubling the spell on this place, unfortunatley, you will need to stay with Gemma" i desperately exclaimed "No, oh No, that cant happen i'd rather hand myself to the demon, Gemma scares me more than the demon". "Please let me come with you, i can help" i begged.

"Everybody that was and is here can hurt you" Maria-Hope interupted "how'd you think you'll survive in hell" she approached me to settle my nerves "your safer here, if you feel threatened or find yourself in danger, shout mine or mums name 3 times and we will be come to help, preferably we are trusting Gemma to keep you safe so if its not her hurting you, you need to call her first".

Tina sighed and asked Maria-Hope "we need to go are you ready?" Shocked of their immediate reaction i asked "you're going now?" Maria nodded her head, and told me "we need too, the longer your mothers down there, the more danger she is in we need to act fast", Maria-Hope and Tina held each others arms and whispered in that language again, and there was a swirl of air as they swirled into the atmosphere, and off they went. When the mist cleared i was in the presence of a frustrated sassy Gemma, stood there holding a broom, she threw me a brush, and ordered "get brushing, get it in a pile up on the feild, ill do the rest". She walked away, me being to scared of the outcome from her i just set to work.

I brushed and scrapped all the remains and blood from the floor, and put what i could into buckets ready to transport up to the feild, bucket after bucket i took up thse stairs.
