K is now walking Maxim home, none of them tried to break the silence. Ray still hasn't gotten much sleep, so Rio decided to send him home earlier to get a proper rest.
"So... here's my limit." K said as they reached Maxim house's gate.
"Right." Maxim said and gave him a tight smile.
"I'll be going now." K said again then waved at Maxim.
"K-Kaven!" Maxim suddenly called.
"Yes?" K turned around to look at his mate.
"Would you... would you like to come in?" Maxim asked, avoiding K's look.
"S-sure." K stuttered, he's so happy he's got invited by Maxim to come to their house.
The time he met Maxim's mother he didn't get a chance to go in because the grandpa called him. That Rio. K thought and mentally shook his head.
"Pardon for the intrusion." K said as he entered the house.
"What do you want to drink?" Maxim asked.
"I'm just fine Maxy." K said.
"No, you're my visitor. I'll get you some juice." Maxim said and signalled K to sit on the sofa.
Maxim then went to the kitchen to prepare the juice and came back to the living room with it.
"Thanks." K said and Maxim just smiled at him. "Where's mom?" K suddenly asked.
"Who?" Maxim asked confusedly.
"Mom. Where's our mom?" K asked again with a sly smile this time.
"Gosh. Kaven!" Maxim warned.
"Sorry not sorry." K said while laughing and Maxim hit his arm.
"Anyway, I'm happy for you." K then said after recovering from laughing.
"Huh? For what?" Maxim asked, confused again by Kaven's words.
"You get to be with your beloved friends again. I saw the change in your eyes a while ago and it's a very beautiful sight." K answered and Maxim smiled at that.
"It's... It's all thanks to you... Kaven." Maxim tried his best to sound sweet saying Kaven's name.
"But what did I do?" K asked, blushing a little with a confused expression on his face but deep inside... Oh for the love of God! My name sounds so sweet! I'm really gay for him! K shrieked in his mind.
"Well you see, you're the one who helped me overcome my fear. The time I cried and you said those words to me, it really opened my eyes to do things that'll make me happy." Maxim explained.
"Glad to hear that." K managed to say smiling brightly despite his fast beating heart and Maxim smiled at him that made his heart race faster.
"So... Does that make us a couple now?" Maxim suddenly asked.
K shot his head to Maxim's direction in shock.
"W-what?" Kaven stuttered from asking.
"Oh please! You'll just have to answer yes or no!" Maxim shouted, blushing madly.
"H-huh? Y-yes! Of course! Yes!" K said hysterically.
"Good." Maxim said, blushing more shade of red.
"Waaah! I love you Maxy!" K shouted as he hugged Maxim.
"I... I... I-I love you, too, Kaven." Maxim shyly said.
"Now it's time to get my reward." K said, smirking.
"Yah! You better get back to the hospital now." Maxim said.
"Of course, after I get my reward." Then K winked and before Maxim spoke, he already kissed him.
Maxim's eyes widened, wider as it is but he kissed back afterwards, tasting his boyfriend's lips. Their kiss got deeper as K hugged Maxim tighter. K felt the heat but he knew Maxim's not yet ready so he broke the kiss also to give Maxim some air.
"I'll go now. Thanks for the reward jagi! I don't wanna go yet but I won't be able to control myself any longer if I stay so, see ya! I love you!" K kissed Maxim's forehead then ran to the door but before he got out he shouted "Ray! Sorry you have to see that!" Then he left, chuckling on his own, eyes glowing in light red. Then he teleported to the hospital when he saw there's no one on the street.
Meanwhile...
Maxim slowly looked at the stairs and saw his cousin standing there smirking at him before he went back upstairs.
"Kaveeeeeen!" Maxim just winced then decided to go up to his own room to sleep, this time with a very wide smile on his face.
