India pushes him away. "Just go, Stone!"
He takes hold of India's hands, trying to convince her. As he struggles to hold her in his arms, he starts speaking. "Wait a minute! Listen to me! Only me! Don't let what you heard get in your head! You know any of that isn't true!" India's eyebrows furrowed as she stared at him, confused as the tears rolled down her face. She didn't understand what he was saying, and he knew it.
Stone briefly closed his eyes just for a second, opening them as he spoke slowly again. "Listen! Listen, baby!"
