It was a silly reason for me to feel that Gerald was a nice guy. However, I think he was not a nice guy if he did not give me food in this isolated place. He was risking himself for a small thing.
Every person has their own way of expressing their feelings. There was a certain feeling inside when he did little sweet things even though he did not mean it.
My heart fluttered. My mind said that he was a vampire I should avoid. But, my heart wanted what it wanted.
