Mr.Petrov

{Margo’s POV} I sat on the bed, staring down my brothers for what felt like forever. Angelo had his usual cold glare, while Marco and Mikey were both looking between each other and myself. I couldn’t understand why they came into my room and asked to talk if all they were going to do was stand there and look idiotic. I sighed, rolling my eyes and looking between the three of them. “Have you suddenly lost the ability to speak?” I asked, crossing my arms, and leaning back against my bed frame. “We’ve.. persuaded.. Alexi to talk, but we’ve hit a snag.” Marco said, his eyes and body physically turning towards Angelo. Angelo sighed, rolling his eyes. “Alexi said he would only speak with the LaRoux Princesa..” His body was tense, and on closer inspection I could see the blood that splattered across his clothes, and his battered knuckles. “I wanted to talk to him in the first place!” I seethed, making sure to keep my body still and try to remain as if I were a statue, cold, and unfeeling. “I’m glad he’ll talk to me, it’s what I asked for from the beginning. I have questions that I want answered!” I walked towards the door, but Angelo stepped in my way. “Look, I know you want to talk to him, but Alexi.. he’s a real monster. Not like the kind you read about, more like the ones you see on the news. His plan was to hold you at gun point and take you back. He knew that if your life was at risk, that we wouldn’t move.. he is dangerous bambina, I don’t think you’re ready..” he started. I held my hand up towards his face. “I am tired of men interfering with every decision that I try to make. Angel.. if it’s a mistake, then let me make this mistake. He’ll talk to me, and I want to know why they did this.. why they had David hurt me. I just want to be able to ask my questions.. and maybe, just maybe.. get some answers!” I said, looking up into his deep brown eyes, the gold flecks dancing through the iris of his eyes. It gave his cold, distant look, a softer and kinder appearance. He muttered something under his breath, before sighing and rolling his eyes. “Fine.. fine.. you win bambina.” He muttered out, sounding almost defeated. “BUT!” He interjected. “You will not be left alone with him. I’m staying in there with you, whether you like it or not!” His eyes flashed with a warning, and I knew that this would be my only choice. I nodded, smiling a bitter sweet smile, I know that I was the one who wanted this.. but seeing and talking to him, I wasn’t really sure how to feel about that. “Alright, thank you Angel.” I turned towards the door and made my way down the staircase, Angelo right behind me. Planting my feet firmly in front of the door that led to the basement, I took a deep breath and let it out slowly, closing my eyes and centering myself. I opened the door, and stalked down the stairs, my eyes landing on a bloody and broken body that was tied to a chair behind the bars of a cell. I made my way inside and carefully made my way to Alexi, keeping my eyes on him. “The LaRoux b**** finally decided to pay me a visit!” He smirked up at me, and spit blood at my feet. His face.. smiling up at me made my stomach churn, and the only thing I could do was clench my fist into a tight ball. I sighed softly, turning away from him, then quickly turning back and punching him full force in the jaw. “Don’t flatter yourself Mr. Petrov.. you’re not that special.” I smiled down at him as his eyes flashed with fury, and shock. “I’m stronger than I look, been training with my family for just this sort of thing. I really.. really hate people like you. Ones that think you’re so above everything that you don’t have to take responsibility for your actions. You have three chances before I rip your tongue out and send it to your family as a warning. Three chances, to tell me what I want to know. If you fail.. well, I suppose you know the outcome of that.” I sneered, leaning down and gripping the arms of the chair, putting my face directly in front of his. “So what do you say Mr. Petrov? Do you agree to these terms?” He smirked and threw his head forward, hard into my face. I staggered back, as a sickening crack could be heard. He broke my nose.. blood began to drip down my face and into my mouth. I turned, spitting it onto his face. “How’s that for an answer?” He seethed. I could tell I was getting to him, his breathing was haggard and heavy. He couldn’t take any more of a beating tonight, but the good thing is, having someone tied up this way, means that the fun doesn’t have to end tonight. I sighed and turned back to my brothers. “Fine Mr. Petrov.. I’ll give you the night in a cold, dark cell to think things over. I’ll be back first thing in the morning to continue our discussion.” I smirked, before reaching up and gripping my nose. “Before I go..” I said, gripping both sides and popping the bones in my nose back into place. “The things I’ve been through, makes this feel like nothing. I hope you understand that I’m in no mood to play with you. So be ready to answer my questions when I come down in the morning.” I turned and made my way back up to my room. I ran into Viktor in the hall as I was almost to my door. “Hey, hey, what happened?” He asked, rushing over and grabbing my chin tilting my head up to look at him. “It’s just a broken nose Viktor, I’m fine..” I smiled up at him softly. “Already popped it back into place and everything.” “Did one of those idiots do this to you?” He asked, a deadly venom oozing from his deep, grumbly voice. “No.. no, those two are harmless. This was all Alexi, though, I socked him across the jaw first.” I snickered. “I’m okay, really..” I placed my small hand over his much larger one that was still placed softly against my cheek. I took this moment to turn my face into the palm of his hand and kiss it softly. “I’m just fine..” I whispered against the skin of his palm, it was rough, and calloused. His face turned the most adorable shade of red before he leaned down, his face mere inches from mine. “So there’d be no reason for me to come back to your room to help you with your nosebleed?” His eyes darkened, as his expression changed to something I have yet to see from him, and something that excited me, to my core. His question caught me off guard, as he was the one who refused my offer to stay with me earlier. “I-I.. um..” was all I could manage. “Come on Margo, let’s get you cleaned up.” He smiled, his expression softening, as he grabbed my hand and led me back to my room, closing the door behind us.
