The light brown-haired male with the cell phone peeked at the car and easily identified the driver despite the dark tints of the vehicle. “It is him, Sir. I’ll call you again later,” he mumbled into the phone as he ended the call. He then made his way to the man behind the wheel as the car’s window slowly opened. “Uhhh Sir, I’m sorry, but you can’t park there.
