Ethan had just dropped Lily off at kindergarten when he saw Sarah crying as she returned home.
Ethan frowned and asked, "Sarah, what happened? Weren't you going to sign the contract?"
William and Shirley were also confused. Then Sarah cried as she recounted the situation.
Hearing that, Shirley angrily exclaimed, "This is outrageous! William, we should go talk to Grandma about this."
William hesitantly replied, "Shirley, you know how temperamental Mom is. She always gets her way, and our persuasion won't help."
Shirley became enraged and pointed at William, cursing, "You spineless man, how did I ever marry you?"
Then, she pointed at Ethan and cursed, "And you, if you had any skills, they wouldn't dare treat us like this!"
