Two Months Later

I prepared Jace’s favorite food and set the table in excitement, uncontrollable tears of joy stream down my face when I remember how miserable the past two months have been until I got the good news two weeks ago that Jace is out of the coma. He will be discharged today so everyone left the house to bring him back from the hospital while I’m to stay behind and prepare breakfast.
