Naomi’s POV:

Thank goddess it’s Sunday and Justin will be home in a couple of hours. I miss him so much I can’t stand him being away. My wolf could care less but she’ll feel differently in 3 days when we turn 18.

I walk out of my room to go find the Luna. We are planning on doing my birthday party and Luna ceremony all in one and we only have three Daley so I want to get everything completed. I walk into the kitchen and see her sipping some tea quietly.

“Hi Luna”

“Oh good morning dear”

“So Luna since we only have three days left I thought we should get the plans for the Luna ceremony under way. It’s a lot to plan and we don’t have a lot of time” I smile at her excitedly

As I begin talking about the ceremony.

She looks at me with almost a sad expression “dear let’s wait until Justin and Alpha Richard are back this afternoon to discuss the ceremony. I’m sure they might have some input”

“Oh okay, I’m going to go for a run for a bit before they get back then. Maryanne is itching to get out and stretch” I tell her

She just nods and I make my way out of the pack house and out to the woods just beyond the field. I strip my clothes off right out in the open. I have no problem with nudity and am very confident in my body if I do say so myself!

I shift into my beautiful wolf Maryanne. She is a silver/ gray wolf with white on her muzzle, silky fur and dark blue eyes. I give her control so that I can relax for a bit and just sit back in my mind and watch the scenery.

Maryanne’s POV:

I’m so worried about what is going to happen when Justin gets back today. His wolf linked me yesterday and told me that they found their mate. I didn’t have the heart to tell Naomi about it.

I hope once she has a little time to grieve that she’ll come to her senses, I mean she has to want to find our true mate right?

Naomi’s POV:

“Okay Maryanne time to head back to the pack house Justin will be home any minute and I want to be there to greet him.”

She sighs and heads back to where we left our clothes and we shift back and get dressed. I head to the front of the house and wait with the Luna for the men to arrive.

Justin’s POV:

“We’re almost to your new home baby are you happy?” I ask my mate

“Yes but I’m really nervous. What if the pack doesn’t like me?”

“They will love you just like I do! Your amazing, smart, beautiful and so caring” She gives me a small smile and we fall into a comfortable silence. I can’t help but worry about Naomi though, she’s going to be so upset.

We pull up to the house and I can see my mom, my beta, some pack members and Naomi waiting. I take a deep breath and get out of the car I walk to the passenger side and open the door for Sophia. Before I can react I hear Naomi yell “BABY! I MISSED YOU DO MUCH” she runs to me and latches herself onto my body.

Suddenly we both hear a low growl and turn to see that it is Sophia that growled and if I’m being honest it is so sexy! Naomi finally notices her and climbed down off of me, she smiles at Sophia and says “hi I’m Naomi the soon to be Luna of the pack, and you are?”

At this point I interject because I can tell that Sophia is getting very upset. “Umm Naomi we really need to talk in private”

“Hold on” she says as she suddenly starts sniffing the air. “JUSTIN WHY FOES DHD SMELL LIKE YOU? WAIT ID THAT A MARK ON YOUR NECK” at this point she is screaming in anger.

At this point my mom steps forward and takes Sophia inside the pack house so that Naomi and I can talk. “Naomi please I’m sorry but she’s my mate. What do you expect me to do”

“REJECT HER” she screams

“I will not and you will respect your Luna or you will be punished” with that I walk away from her and into the pack house to see my mate.

Naomi’s POV:

Respect her! Respect her my ass! There is no way in hell I’m letting that b***h steal him away from me. It’ll be a cold day in hell! With that she walks into the pack house and straight into her room, planning on how to get rid of Sophia.
