Extra: The Weeks Before (short)

301 Words
Frustration was a feeling he wasn't used to. But Tabitha made him frustrated the longer he stayed around her. He wanted her. He needed her with a passion he'd been hiding for so long, but she didn't seem to care. To even notice. Calling him a young boy all the time, claiming he didn't know what he was feeling… dismissing his proposals, desires. Did she see him as a child? He didn't like it one but. Adam watched her carefully all these weeks. He'd learned from movies and books, and his dates with several women about what women wanted in a relationship. There's a reason his girlfriends could say anything about him, but they couldn't say he was a bad boyfriend. So why wasn't this working on her? She'd smiled around him. She'd let him hold her hand. She looked very comfortable in his spaces, and she laughed around him. He'd intentionally withheld his s****l desires to make her comfortable. To make her want him more… to convince her he wasn't a bad guy to be around. He didn't want to treat her how he'd initially planned to the day he first me her. He really cared about her… he didn't want to hurt her. But that insolent mouth… That throat that always projected the words of disapproval at him… He wanted to tie it up. Her supple curves that fit perfectly in his arms… he wanted to tie it up. He wanted to tie her to him. He'd been patient for years. There was no way he'd let her go just like this. Every method he'd thought of bringing her to him was illegal… but now, he had some leverage. He had to just let everyone know that she was his. Then she wouldn't be able to leave him. Ever.
