Suspenders and Lace Part Three

“Listen here, woman! My name is Hank, not you and I’ve got a bone to pick with about the havoc you caused back in my town. Before we get to that, we need to get rid of this fog, it's bothersome, given you’ve got some chemical knowledge, got any ideas on how to get to disperse?” the man named Hank in front of me asked in pure seriousness. His tone was no-nonsense and temporarily jolted me out of the heated state I was currently going through. The air crackled with a tension that seemed to reverberate off the stone walls. My heart thudded in my chest, a steady rhythm echoing the weight of the moment. Frowning at his attitude toward me, should I call him out on what I heard transpiring in the shower not long ago? How dare he act like he wasn’t affected by the Hazed fog around us. In truth, I had to admire his strong will in fighting through the temptation, but for me, I was just a human with no defenses without my Mad Bandit cape cloak. His eyes, a piercing emerald green, glinted with a dangerous intelligence as they locked onto mine. It was as if he could see straight through me, peering into the depths of my soul with a gaze that chilled me to the bone. But I refused to back down. Straightening my posture as I sat up on the bed, I met his gaze head-on, refusing to show any sign of weakness. My lips curled into a determined smirk, my resolve steeling against the impending confrontation. “Hmph, my name is Alissa, not woman! And who put your charge here huh? How dare you come at me! Even with my skills, the haze fog has always been a mystery here. It appears and disappears during a certain season in the year. I miscalculated and this incident happened. We just have to wither through it until its time is up, that is unless you can't handle it.” I said with a scoff. Hank, or as he preferred to be called, exuded an enigmatic aura that was as captivating as it was intimidating. Standing at a towering seven feet tall, he commanded the room with a presence that was impossible to ignore. I looked my fill secretly while keeping off the facade of not trying to lose my calm at the fact that Hank was indeed my cute unique cat Happy. But as a full adult male that was in front of me now, it would be hard for any woman to resist him. Those eyes did not lie. It was his eyes that repeatedly drew me in, pools of vibrant green that seemed to dance with an otherworldly energy. They held a spark of mischief, a hint of the chaos that lay dormant within his soul. My senses were keenly attuned to his every move. But it was his skin that truly captivated my hands to reach out and touch, a canvas of rich ebony and golden undertones that seemed to shimmer in the shifting light within the fog. And as he stood there, his chest bare save for the purple suspenders that crisscrossed his torso, down into a pair of black silk boxers cling to his frame, the suspenders attached with purposeful precision, hinting at something more and the brink of erupting between us. My eyebrows arched up at the get-up he was sporting. After I was done checking him out I looked back up our eyes met again, a spark ignited between us, a connection that transcended time and space. What was this feeling all about? Flashes of unknown images flew through my mind that I couldn’t make heads or tails of, but I shook it because we had a more important matter to deal with. “Well, that just sucks a cat’s balls, doesn’t it. Don’t tell me after all your Mad Bandit cahoots this is all you got? I mean come on! I’m excused from not knowing up or down in this world but you……..humph!” his words were taunting me. Though I knew what he was doing, I still couldn’t help but get upset. In a flash I was up and in his face followed by a well-positioned punch coming toward his face. Which was saying a lot since he towered over me. “Why are you such an asshole!” I yelled. Hank stood there and caught my fist in his hand. “You got a good strength in your punch, but this ain’t nothing but peck to me girlie. Is that all you got Alissa?” Hank said close to my ear as he pulled me closer to him with an arched eyebrow and an amused smirk on his face. It didn’t escape my notice that his body carried an abnormal sense of heat to it. So, wasn’t as unaffected just like I thought. However, it was his lips that curved into a knowing smirk, that bothered me more than his words. I wanted my Happy back and not this annoying, cocky infuriating man! I could still hold my own just being me, but to provoke me by saying that was all I had in my fighting spirit humph, I would show him a thing or two right now! “Since you’ve asked for it old man, then I’ll give it to you!” I said a smirk on my face now as I steadied my feet and then turned into position to flip him. I said I wanted to go all out, whether we were both in a hallucination state or not. At least as Happy he was quiet though as Hank he was a pain in my hind side just l like back in Happy Town. The air thrummed with a primal energy, the anticipation of battle hanging thick in the air. Yet, despite the looming threat of conflict, there was a sense of calm that settled over me. Hank was doing this on purpose to keep us both from giving in to building desire the Hazed fog was amplifying around us. “That’s my Mad Bandit! And Don’t you dare hold back!” Hank said with that annoying smile reversing the flip I tried to pull on him and before I knew it directly pulling me into his embrace. With quick precision, I reach my foot forward to slightly trip him forgetting I was barefoot without any defense. The move hurt my foot causing us both to stumble. Hank turned taking the impact of the sudden unexpected fall thus taking me down with him. How in the fudge sickles were we this uncoordinated in a square off? Of course, we didn’t hit the floor, but the very soft bed that I not too long ago jumped out of to rise to the occasion at Hank’s taunts. This Haze fog felt like a premeditated spread of horse poop! Our actions shouldn’t have landed either of us to end up where we did, but somehow here we were back on the bed with me straddling him, his hands holding my waist pressing my lady parts down onto a very considerable growing bulge in his boxers. “Mmmm.” I couldn’t help moaning on the landing. It was my fault for not wearing any underwear underneath my sleep shirt. If this wasn’t asking for it I did know what was after all he had already tasted me. “If you wanted it so bad Alissa all you had to do was ask,” Hank said his voice was deep and slightly husky now. His emerald green eyes glowed ablaze with desire. “f**k you!” I growled out trying to wiggle my way off him. He held me down even tighter on top of him and bucked his hips a bit biting down on my bottom lip from the friction. The spicy scent of the fog flowed even heavier in the air. “Oh, Issa my girl I plan to do that and to it well, but I don’t do force no matter what’s influencing us. It’s your word and your go. There can not be any regrets” Hank said. His husky voice sent shivers through me as his breathing began to grow just as ragged as mine. The ache in my lady parts was overflowing with need. Hank kept his hands on my waist slightly tightening his hold as he waited for me to decide. Sweat glistened on his chest his body heat radiating through me. I might as well rip off this invisible band-aid and get down to business. The small banter between us only made me more eager to try him out and assuage my curiosities. “I never planned on regretting it Hank.” My hands grabbed hold of his suspenders as I leaned down and kissed him. Dream or reality. Haze fog or spell nothing matters at this moment for everything leads to him and me. The only way out was to travel through this mist and allow it to lead us to the ending and the secret I felt we shared between us that the fog wanted to reveal.
