Valeria's POV A few days had passed since I got that message from the unknown number. I'd been trying to keep myself busy, reaching out to the NGO I worked with back in Auckland to figure out how we could adjust my duties now that I was stuck in New York indefinitely. There were emails to send, calls to make and arrangements to set-up. I liked it because I didn't have to dwell on the messages or my intrusive thoughts. I'd also made a large donation to one of the orphanages I'd been involved with. Since I wasn't going to be in Auckland for a long time, I wanted to make sure that they had what they needed to run the orphanage smoothly.
