KOLLETE; Ma'am, sa tingin ko mas mahalaga ang edukasyon. Dahil sa edukasyon, natututo tayo ng mga kaalaman at kasanayan na kailangan natin para magtagumpay sa buhay. Nakakakuha tayo ng mga degree, nagiging kwalipikado para sa mga trabaho, at nagkakaroon ng mas magandang kinabukasan.

Guro: Fyang, ano naman ang sayo?

Fyang- Ma'am, respeto po sa opinyon ni Kollete, pero sa tingin ko mas mahalaga ang karanasan. Sa karanasan, natututo tayo ng mga bagay na hindi natin matututunan sa libro. Natututo tayo ng mga praktikal na , nagkakaroon ng tiwala sa sarili, at nagkakaroon ng mas malalim na pag-unawa sa mundo.

KOLLETE: Pero paano ka magkakaroon ng karanasan kung wala kang edukasyon? Paano ka makakakuha ng trabaho kung wala kang degree?

Fyang: Hindi naman kailangang magkaroon ng degree para magkaroon ng karanasan. Maraming tao ang nagtatrabaho nang hindi nag-aaral, at marami rin ang nakakakuha ng mga kasanayan sa pamamagitan ng pagsasanay at pag-aaral sa kanilang sarili.

Kollete: Pero mas madali para sa mga may edukasyon na makakuha ng trabaho at magtagumpay sa buhay. Mas mataas ang kanilang sweldo, mas maganda ang kanilang trabaho, at mas maraming oportunidad ang nakukuha nila.

Fyang: Pero hindi naman lahat ng tao ay naghahangad ng mataas na posisyon at malaking sweldo. Maraming tao ang masaya sa kanilang simpleng trabaho, at nagkakaroon ng mas makabuluhang buhay sa pamamagitan ng pagtulong sa iba at paggawa ng mga bagay na kanilang kinagigiliwan.

Kollete: Pero paano nila magagawa yun kung wala silang sapat na kaalaman at kasanayan? Ang edukasyon ay nagbibigay sa atin ng mga tool na kailangan natin para magtagumpay sa buhay, at para makatulong sa ibang tao.

Fyang: Pero ang karanasan ay nagbibigay sa atin ng mga aral na hindi natin matututunan sa libro. Natututo tayo ng mga bagay tungkol sa buhay, tungkol sa mga tao, at tungkol sa ating sarili. Ang edukasyon ay mahalaga, pero ang karanasan ay mas mahalaga dahil ito ang nagtuturo sa atin kung paano gamitin ang ating kaalaman at kasanayan sa tunay na mundo.
