Chapter four

Harry pov

After a few hours the doctor comes back and checked a few thinks. I ask the doctor “Could you do me a favour? And check her voice box because I don’t think she can talk maybe we can help with that!” Lucy said “are you sure she can’t? I said “I think so” Lucy said “I will look at it now see what the problem is” the doctor looks at her voice and scans her throat, he said “looks like she has problem with it I need to go look at something and come back” I said “can she talk? Or can you fix it?

Lucy said “I need to look into it first but I wonder if she’s ever been seen by a wolf doctor because I think she only been treated by humans.” I said “ thanks Lucy for looking for me” she just looks at me smiles and walks out, I know she will do her best to figure this out after a hour of her not coming back I fall asleep about how it must be weird having thee 6 foot boy in the same room with a girl but I just want to be close to her.

Carly pov

I wake up as there is a light right on me as I open my eyes I see it sun light I start to panic as I don’t know where I am, but I see I must be in hospital because of the stuff around me. As I look around I see the triplets all of them are with me they must of found me when I passed out in the woods I will never be able to thank them feeling more guilty that I couldn’t even say that.

A women walks in and sees I am awake. She said “hello Carly the lads told me your name please relax your safe here do you understand me?” I just nod i lift my arm and hold my throat it’s burning it feels like hot lava being poured down it. I am trying to figure out way to tell her she said” my name is Lucy do you need something to write on? because I have something here” she hand over a board and a marker I was so great full I write on it and tell Lucy that my throat feels like lava being poured down it. She said “oh ok I can help with that and I have found out something, you haven’t been able to talk have you?

I shack my head no thinking about what this Lucy is going to say I wonder why she’s asked me that maybe the boys told her what if they don’t want to be friends with me and hate me like everyone else because I can’t talk. Lucy said napping we out of my train of thoughts “Carly do you know what you are?” Looked at her so confused I wasn’t anything just a normal girl. Lucy said “that doesn’t matter for now but I want you to drink this” pulls out some herbal tea “This is going to help you I want you to drink this twice a day for two weeks, this should let you talk do you understand me? I nodded yes and grabbed the drink and drank it, i was so happy that I might be able to talk soon.

My arm was heeled so took the cast off and put the a badge on it I never take long to heal not my mother knows that because I try to make it look like I am healing slowly by hurting myself, I don’t want more beatings lest time she seen that I healed every where she whipped me till I was unconscious. I would of rang my mother to tell her where I was but I didn’t have a phone to text her or know her number not that I can say anything yet. Lexi is the first one of the boys to wake up Lucy said to him “she won’t be able to talk for the next week but after that she may be able too but I do advise after the fall she lets her self heal properly and you need to tell her we will take her off some things today and she can get up do you understand me Carly?

I nodded because I couldn’t wait to say something anything I rubbed off the board she give me and ‘wrote how long have I been here?’ Lexi said “just the night are you ok now? After the stuff comes off would you walk with us but don’t run off this time we need to explain a few things ok? I nodded again Lucy came back in and took off and removed everything because I didn’t need them not really. I wake up all the boys because I want them to get out so I can have som clothes I write down ‘I need something to wear’ and show Lexi, Harry and jack they get out and go somewhere Harry comes back after a bit handed me some stuff it’s not mine I looked at him he said “it’s ok it’s all new I went and got all of it this morning after checking your sizes I hope that’s ok? It will have to be I was thinking.

I shrugged my shoulders and just looked at him Harry said “oh s**t I should get out bye” and went out the room thankfully I was alone I made sure no one could see in the room and got changed. Thankfully he did get me stuff my other clothes where so dirty.Once I finished getting dressed I was struggling with my hair some nocks on the door I open it and see it’s jack I pull him in the room and hand him a brush pointing at my hair. Jack said “you would like me to brush your hair” I nodded as it was hurting my arm to do it on one side as it’s only just healed he went around the back and bruised my hair once it was done he said “let’s go out side my bothers are waiting”

I follow him outside and see Lexi and Harry, i wave to them and smile we all walk together I need to go home but also what the tea Lucy made me so I can talk. Harry said “we know you need to rest for the next week but we are going to take you back to your house soon as you mum must be worried about you we just wanted to talk to you first and ask if we can be friends?” I think about and nodded I never had friends before it will be nice to have three smile in to myself. We walk for a bit and then go back to there house it was so big they must be rich or something I never seen a house like it it was white and had stone wolfs around the edges they are pretty and so detailed I love them thinking about wolfs are free to do what they want running though the world I want to be like that free.

As we walk in there are lots of people around talking and laughing it nice to see we go back to the hospital room and Lexi said “I will go get Lucy then we can go ok?” I nodded he went from the room and come back five minutes later with Lucy, Lucy said “here I made you up two weeks of the tea you need to drink, make sure you drink it twice a day if you don’t it will take longer for you to heal properly you understand right?” I nodded she was nice making sure I understood what I need to do to talk for the first time I was so excited.

I hugged her to say thank you forgetting about the bullying all my life for a moment thankfully she didn’t try to hug me back. Me,jack,Harry and Lexi walked out of the room I looked back and smiled at Lucy I won’t forget what she has done for me never I don’t expect I will see her unless they ask me back to there house. I hope they do so I can speak to her once I can.

We walk though to house to the backyard and then into the woods it was so nice today finally I had some friends there where talking about things we could do together. Like go the movies I nodded at that one I never been I always wanted to go they was making me laugh as well even though they where acting like big kids together. I couldn’t help but smile at them. I wonder what Lucy was on about what does she mean do I know what I am so many questions going around my head.

They get me back to the street I know where we are I wave goodbye and start going to my house I hope my mother isn’t home I know she wont hurt me today cause of my rase. I get to my house and got in trying not smile anymore just in case my mum is home. I am lucky no one is home as I look around there is a note on the table saying ‘gone to London wont be home till after your rase make sure you keep the house clean you stupid little girl and make sure before we come back you do are rooms and the clean attic’ great they didn’t know I wasn’t home last night I am so glad but they have added things to my list I will get it done though i check i have food because I can’t touch anything that wouldn’t go off before they come back.
