I called into work to tell them I was sick which, accomplished two things for me. It would give me time to meet with Tommy and would hopefully help convince Blanche I was sick. She knows how much I like going to work and that I would never miss it if I could help it. As I approached our spot, in the woods behind our school, I see that he's already there waiting.
