“Zarelle? Zarry?” Daniel suddenly ran into the room fast.
He looked so worried. When he saw me standing in the middle of the room without any pain on my face, he let out a big breath.
“Thank goodness you’re okay. Cyric called me. He said you were in trouble—”
He stopped talking when he saw the other people in the room.
He looked at Callan first. “Is this the guy who tried to drug you?”
“Yes,” I said.
“Now wait,” Callan tried to talk. “This is just a big mistake—”
“You piece of trash!” Daniel punched Callan right in the face.
He used bad words and hit Callan over and over. He hit his head and shoulders until Callan was on the floor in a ball, asking him to stop.
