CHAPTER XXII : SOURCE

2014 Words
-Ashtan-             They sat themselves without my instructions anymore, I like the discipline, they really are Truenos ahahahaha. They proceed with the concentration immediately the moment we get here. I sat myself too and started thinking things about this technique.             If there's another way to do this technique easily, but only the Siogas, Sahirs (used to refer people of Sorcerers), and the Ordos know how to use incantations above all other tribes here in Azhakkstadd. Our chieftains are the only ones given the privilege to perform enchantments too, we normal Azhakks were prevented to use it when the war started many years ago, not even thunder incantations. It's a taboo for us to perform some rogue magic or enchantments around here             I focused myself upon my sword and started concentrating too. I just closed my eyes and searched for the energy within me, I felt the power of thunder zapping through my veins as I calmed myself. It's not easy to locate it, our bodies are complex systems of I don't know ahahahaha. It's a vast unit of I don't know either, just kidding. Sorry, I don't know ahahahaha I'm not an Ordo nor a Sioga to know everything.      But our bodies are pools of power, mysteries, and structures, in which no one knows what, how, nor why. All I can see and feel is dust. I wondered further inside the darkness looking for the source that's ringing as if pulling me into it, it's so strong and powerful that it's bringing me into it.      Well, that's the energy source I've been talking about, each one of us needs to locate it in order for us to know our true powers, and be able to use it as much as we please. I'm like a magnet being pulled into something, but right now, I don't know where things are leading me. So that's why meditations are very important.             It's so dark, no light at all. Your eyes are useless here, what you need is stable and sharp feelings, all I can see is dust that keeps hitting my face that has been illuminated by my own luminescence. I wonder if those Azhakks who have allergies can stand this ahahahaha just kidding, it's not literally dust that suffocates you though.      It takes time to find energy sources because, as I have mentioned earlier, our bodies are endless directions in which we don't even know where we're going. Our bodies are like the infinite universe and I'm like a meteor traveling all around the whole space of my own waiting for how many light years just to hit an Earth and enter its atmosphere. At least it's not light years to find my energy source though.      No one knows exactly where energy sources are, it's just the matter of sensory in order to get there. Sometimes you don't need your eyes in order to see things, you just have to trust in your faith to see things more than how it's seen.             As time goes by and as I move towards nowhere, the ringing sound gets louder little by little. After such a long time looking for my energy source, I can feel vibrations all around, and the same goes by, it's slowly getting itself louder. The volume keeps on increasing gradually. I can hear it getting louder that tells me I am getting closer to it, I just have to get going to be there right away.     Ouch! the sound is getting too painful, it's ringing loudly. I think I'm going to explode, this sound is too powerful as I get to it! This just means that I'm very close to it, but gosh my ear! It's too painful, it's like squeezing my eardrum, it seemed to be piercing my ear with a sharp object like it's crashing until I couldn't feel anything anymore!     I looked anywhere to see if there's any light that tells me it's the energy source because the sound can't tell me where it is anymore! It's too loud that I can't figure out where it's leading me, it's just hurting my ears. I looked every direction just to see specks of dust. They're now like stars shining everywhere, but not enough light to show me where I should be going.             I still can't get rid of the sound that's hurting my ears! It's getting into me yet I don't even feel my ear bleeding nor anything. It looks cosmic all around. Just specks of dust illuminating its radiance in this dark space. I can see a few lights everywhere, I kept gazing towards nowhere to look for the energy source. My eyes are now hurting because of so much darkness too.      I spotted something far away from me, it's bright reddish light different from the others, that must be it. I have a strong feeling that it's what I am looking for. I often meditate to spot my energy source, but it keeps on changing its color. Today is harder than usual. Lights are dimmer that makes it difficult to find the source. Plus the ringing sound that still rings loudly as if it's not stopping at any cost.      I moved to my two o'clock to follow that dim red light. My mind keeps telling me that it must be it. I'm quite far from it, but not as far as a while ago when the sound didn't hurt my ear. I just wonder why I can handle the pain this long.             As I moved towards it, the excruciating sound gets even got louder, it severed the pain but it's somehow odd that I'm handling it. The red light got bigger too, this must be it. I kept going towards it, the red light wasn't dim anymore. It shone red bright in front of me, now my ears are not the only ones that suffer too much, my eyes too. Ouch! my poor eyes!      I can't see nor hear anything, just a ringing sound that's crashing my ear and bright red light that's blinding my eyes. This too much light is blinding me. I continued going into it, and the moment I touched its rays, a loud explosion banged all over.      The red light ignited in a fiery ball of yellowish-red flame, billowing outwards filling the entire darkness and escaping through the specks of dust destroyed by the blast wave. The noise had reverberated over the sleeping hollow as efficiently as a thunderclap and only a continuous beeping sound noised wildly everywhere replacing the unbearable ringing sound present earlier. It made the whole place glow in bright light, no trace of darkness that lurks anywhere as if darkness never exists here.      Both ringing and beeping sound went off and I can hear nothing else aside from my heavy breaths, the silence is quite deafening. This is too painful for me, I'm going crazy!             I gasped as I felt an enormous power soothing through every vein all over my body. It's like my blood is a river of power and energy that has been circulated to make my body even stronger. I felt power crawling all over my skin down to my bones, until the deepest part of my body. I felt my body become firm and extreme, my mind became clearer, my breaths became lighter, and my energy was overflowing.             My back just bumped into something really hard. I felt the pain quickly rise behind me.             "Hey, what's happening to you?" I heard Kurezma asking as she suddenly showed up in front of me. I gasped in shock as I recognized it's her face above me. I was lying down on the ground as I fell down on it.             "Oh I'm awake" I softly uttered, I looked everywhere but I can't see things clearly yet, my eyes haven't adjusted from encountering so much light from earlier. I blinked a couple of times as if it'd help me overcome it. I rose up and sat myself properly and comfortably.             "Yea, you are, and we've waited for you" Aisha answered with her stagy tone, I looked up to meet her gaze "You were meditating for too long, the dismissal was a couple of hours ago, but we can't leave you here" she continued             "Sorry, I just... I'm sorry" I shyly uttered, avoiding my gaze from them, I picked up my sword and stood up to get my things and to go home "Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked giving them my gaze again             "Dude you suddenly burst out with so much thunder and that was insanely strong, we can't even touch you," Nazif hysterically told me, I looked at him confused "We were worried you might have electrocuted yourself" he continued but with a lower tone with such confusion running all over his face             "Yes you did, do you have better ideas about what we're going to do during that situation?" Kurezma sarcastically asked agreeing with Nazif while her eyebrow raised             "Ok, I'm sorry, but thanks" I just answered and continued walking, I grabbed my bag and stepped straight towards the gates             "So we're coming home late tonight" Nazif blurted out together with a laugh             "Sure do" Kurezma laughed with him but didn't look at me. I noticed the surrounding which is already dark, obviously, it's already night time, the Moon Guardians are greeting us with complacent again, amazing... Just as I needed it             We were just walking together and suddenly something ran fast behind us. I'm sure all of us felt it, that's why we all looked behind with our confused looks. That was so fast and sneaky, it gave me goosebumps.             "Did you guys hear that?" Aisha asked confirming that she's not the only one who heard it, we just nodded looking at her with shock and fear upon our faces             "What is it? It's not a spirit trying to scare us right?" Nazif spoked terrified as he held his ax tightly             "Of course it's not" I quickly answered "Spirits should not be here, they are already in paradise or in prison" I continued             We heard a howling sound not far from us that made us observe the whole place... what is it? Something ran raucously behind us again, I saw these three freaked out as they heard it. This is getting scarier, plus I can't see anything.             "It's so fast I can't see it" I whispered between my breaths, I scanned the whole area but there's no sign of anything that's making that motion             Something from a nearby building crashed that made some woods fall to the ground. We all looked at it but failed to see what made it fall... that's creepy             "Now I'm spooked out, what is it?" Kurezma audibly uttered, she might be nervous and scared, I can see it in her face. But what's creeping out there?             We almost jumped as we heard a growl from above. Aisha gasped as she heard it while Kurezma held the back of my shirt.        We quickly looked at it and froze by the view we were looking at. Cold quickly built up my body as I saw what it was. I can't move anything from my body at the moment.             "That m-must be V-Viggo," Aisha stammered as her eyes popped due to extreme shock. It's a beast crawling up above a roof. It looked like a wolf with its glowing blue eyes glaring at us, it's pierced right at us with blue colored thunder zapping out of it.      It looked very wild with its stature as if it's ready to devour the four of us in an instant. Its long black sharp tale is producing electric charges as well, with just one touch it could be lethal. Its large claws are very sharp that it made marks as it made its steps.      It got a big muscular body, with blades that glowed electrically and firmly stood sharply on its spine. Its teeth are intimidating which seems to be ready to crunch our bones into thousands of pieces. Its fur freely dances with the air that flaunts its beauty beyond ferocity.
