Damiens pov: I came to class finally after stalling and came and sat down. I sat in the far left corner in the back of the classroom, far away from jazmyn but close enough to Gabriel and Chanel. I could feel jazmyn looking at me, but I did everything to avoid her look.
Jazmyns pov: I saw Damien walk into class and was waiting for him to sit next to me so we could talk, but he didn't. He didn't even walk into my direction. He walked all the way to the far left corner of the back of the classroom. I sit on the left of the classroom in the middle. I kept looking back at him, trying to get his attention, but I could tell he was trying so hard to ignore me. Then I realized he was sitting a little close to that Chanel girl and Gabriel. What was it about them that he was so infatuated with? The day of our date, I caught him staring at them from a distance. I had to go up and disrupt his thoughts, whatever he was thinking.
I needed to know, I wanted to know why he was he so infatuated with them. Chanel seems to not be paying him any attention, so what is it he wants with her so bad?
Damiens pov: I kept zoning out in class, and I didn't get any notes or anything. All I was focused on was chanel and Gabriel’s conversation. I wanted to know what was going on between them. That's when I decided to listen in on their conversation by pretending I was listening to the teacher and taking down notes.
Chanel's pov: Me and Gabriel came to class together. He helped into my desk. I saw the little boujee girl that I ran into outside of the school, I just rolled my eyes at her as we walked past her. I saw her smile a weak smile at Gabriel, which made me angry a little. How could I get angry over someone who isn't even mine yet, I thought. Damien wasn't in class yet. Gabriel helped me sit down and then took out my notes and pencil for me. He was such an amazing and kindhearted guy. "Gabriel, you know I can do all this myself. It was only a little scratch," I said. "Chanel, you have a deep cut, and you're limping. That's not a scratch," he said in a serious tone. "Well, thank you for helping me. That was really sweet of you," I said as I smiled and blushed at him. " Anything for a beautiful and gorgeous woman like you," he said, making me blush and smile even more. That's when my worst nightmare walked into class. Damien. I rolled my eyes at him and continued talking to Gabriel. Instead of going to sit by his new girlfriend, he came and sat near us for some reason. That's odd, I thought.
Gabriel’s pov: Damien came into class and sat near me and Chanel. I wondered why. I thought he was gonna go sit by that jazmyn girl, but that wasn't my business. Today was the day I was gonna ask Chanel on a date. I mean, yeah, I could have asked her over the phone, but doing it in person was much better. I wanted to see her cute reaction. The way she smiles and blushes sends butterflies all through me. So I asked her, "Are you busy with anything this weekend? "No, why," she asked. "Well, I wanted to take you on a date. Like go out to eat and then a movie, then a walk on the beach kind of date," I said. "Awww, Gabriel, that's so sweet and kind of you, I would love that," she said, blushing and smiling. "Wait scratch that, let's do this, I come pick you up at 9 am and we go to Starbucks together for breakfast, then we go over to the mall and buy clothes, and then we go get massages, and then we can go get fish pedicures and then we go get lunch and eat it at the park, I can take you to your favorite Boba place, mochinut and we can get Boba and those Korean corn dogs, and then we can go to the park and set out a picnic blanket and eat there and then we can get some ice-cream and walk through the park, talking about whatever, and then, we can go to a movie, then we can take a walk on the beach, order dinner from Publix, then come to my place and eat and watch movies and I can teach you to play video games and you can fall asleep in my arms while I hold you and admire you," I said all in one breath. "Wow, oh my God, that's not just a date that's a dream! Of course, I would love that, "she said excitedly, almost jumping up and down. She looked so gorgeous and beautiful. She looked like an excited little kid who just got their favorite pair of shoes. Then it's an all-day date. and don't worry, I will pay for everything. You just bring your fine self," I said with a wink. She looked at me with a weird look and said "Gabriel that's not right." "Let me pay for my stuff."No, I said, I got it. Like I said, just bring yourself, please." "Ok fine," she said with a little nervous giggle. Oh my God, she was so cute, I thought. I smiled at her with one of the biggest smiles I could ever smile.
Damiens pov: What the actual f**k!!! Is he for real?! He's literally taking her out all day!! I was so angry, I wanted to get-up and go over to his desk and punch him straight in the face. I couldn't believe this, I really had to act fast to ruin this little date of theirs. My plan had already backfired. I thought this was gonna make Chanel get closer to.me because she sees that I can have any girl I want but it made her push away from me, especially because of jazmyn kissing me in front of her like that. And I just stood there like a deer in headlights, not knowing what to do, because it happened so fast. Maybe if I stood up for Chanel, then we would have been mor close. I had to make this right one way or the other. I packed up stuff and left the class 10 minutes before the bell rang, not caring about getting into trouble. I wanted to be waiting by chanles locker when she got out of class and set things straight so maybe she can dump track boy and be with me. I hoped this would work. This is my last nice plan before I make everything go to hell. I couldn't let this be a bygone. If I want something, I was gonna get it, no matter what I had to. That's when another brilliant idea came into my head. Since I didn't get any notes down, and I saw Chanel taking notes, all I had to do was ask her, and she could give me her number and then jackpot! I would have her. I smiled greedily, waiting on my plan to work and my fantasy sequences to come to reality.
