I could smell him and feel his eyes watching me, but only briefly. I turned as I saw him running in the opposite direction. What a coward. I scoffed in due time, monster, in due time. I rocked back on the balls of my feet, stretching my arms above my head. He’s been here, to my home, and was with my wife! I was going to kill him slowly until he begged for mercy. I chuckled, a dark and threatening laugh. I marveled in the hunt, in the thrill of my prey being enveloped in the scent of fear. Too bad for him, there would be no mercy given.
