Amelia Witmore's POV
I stirred the curry again in the pan and tried to burn it lightly. I smiled at myself when the curry is fried well and took all the curry into a porcelain vessel. I turned around to look at Marta, the mansions maid. She looked at the dish as if she saw a ghost.
"What happened Marta?".
"Nothing mam", she said and looked down.
"Can you please taste it and tell if Zack will like it?", I asked as I put the dish in front of her. He tensed up and nodded her head. She took the curry in a spoon and put it in her mouth. I am staring at her curiously. She looked horrified and swallowed it. She put the spoon down.
"Its is good mam", she smiled at me.
"Thank you. I hope Zack like it".
