Slowly coming to consciousness Trinity smelled the fresh, crisp smell of bacon then hearing the popping of grease. She slowly felt around the bed. Andy wasn’t in bed anymore. Slowly getting out of bed she made her way down the hallway to the kitchen where she found Allison cooking her famous eggs and bacon platter. Rubbing her eyes, Allison's voice sounded like muffled words. "Huh?" "I said good morning sleepy head." Allison laughed. Trinity grumbled, "What are you so happy about?" "Nothing" Allison drug the word out. "Yeah there is…" looking around, "Where are the boys? And why is Sara here?" Laughing, "Sara is just visiting for the day, and the boys are at the station." Looking behind her and she smiled, "Good morning Sara." Looking up from her plate of scrambled eggs and bacon Sara smiled with a mouth full of eggs, "Dood mornin' Auntie Trin." "How are you this morning?" "I'm dood. Jacky went to da office wiff daddy. And daddy said dat he was doeing to take your frind ummmm…oh, Andy." "Maybe you should finish what is in your mouth so I can understand you,” Trinity laughed, “And what do you think of my friend?" Trinity asked pulling out a chair to sit next to Sara. Sara swallowed what was in her mouth, "I like him. He's very nice to me." "Well, I'm glad you approve." Laughing Trinity suddenly heard a hard knock on the front door. "Are the boys back already?" Looking out the window Allison shook her head, "I don't think so, I told Rob to call me when he was on his way home. I don't see his car." Allison then looked back at Trinity, "You don't think it could be him?" "Let me go check." Getting out of her chair she slowly walked to the front door. "Hello?" "Trinity?" a soft voice came from the other side. Trinity threw open the front door, "What the heck! Mom, what are you doing here?" Trinity said through the screen door. Walking back up the steps, "I felt something wrong in Jackson's psy link." "Hey what's wrong Trinity?" Allison called from the kitchen. "It's fine Allison it's just my mom," Trinity called back. Opening the door for her mother to come in, "So is that all you were here for?" "No, I came to see you as well. I have not seen you for 3 years." "I'm sorry we've just been busy at the station." "That is fine. I just had a reason to come to you this time." Smiling, "Well I guess that's better than nothing." "Trin, the boys are on their way," Allison called from the kitchen. "Alright! Thanks, Allison. Oh, mom, you haven't met Sara." "No, I have not." "Hey, Sara, come here for a sec," Trinity yelled from the living room. "Okay, Auntie Trin!" Sara yelled while running into the living room. "Mom this is Allison's daughter Sara. Sara this is Auntie Trin's mommy." "Hello, Miss Sara." Prudence bent down to the child's level. "Hi, Auntie Trin's mommy," Sara said with a giggle. "You can call me Miss Prue, I'm sure that would be easier for you to say." Prudence smiled. "Okay, Miss Prue! Hey, Auntie Trin is daddy and Jacky coming home now?" "Yeah, they’re on their way now. Hey, I bet it would make your daddy really happy if you stood by the door and waited for him." "Yeah! Hey mommy can I wait by the door for daddy?" "Sure honey, just make sure you stay inside." "Okay, mommy." Running to the door, Sara stood with a big smile. "She is a very cute girl," Prudence said. She sat down on the sofa. "I would hope so Allison is gorgeous." Trinity followed sitting next to her her mother. Calling from the kitchen, "The boys are back, and thanks for the compliment. You're not to bad yourself." Rising from the sofa Trinity tried to look outside, "Is something up I think I here Jack and Andrew?" Walking back into the kitchen, she forgot that she was going to eat breakfast. "Yeah, they're arguing again. Nothing too big Jack isn’t red in the face." Laughing she sat down at a stool, "It wouldn't be a day without them fighting." "May I ask who this Andrew is," Prudence asked from behind her. "Damn Mom you scared me to death." Trinity grasped her chest feeling her heart beating fast. She laughed as she heard Jack and Andrew arguing as the door screen door was thrown open. "You are so wrong Andrew!" Jack yelled as he moved around Sara standing at the front door. "Whatever, I have been trying to stop this conversation since we left the station!" Andrew yelled back following his path. "For the sixtieth time will you two shut-up! Man, it's like riding in a car with a bunch of four-year-olds." Robert yelled at them both then smiled down to see Sara waiting for him, “Hello sweety.” "Well, I see you all had fun." Allison came through the kitchen to hug Robert. "Yeah, a bunch." Robert rolled his eyes. "Daddy, pay attention to me!" Sara yelled jumping up and down. Robert laughed picking her up, "Hey baby, how's my little angel?" "I'm good daddy. I ate with Auntie Trin this morning." "Oh is she up," looking into the kitchen he smiled, "Oh good-morning Trin!" "Morning Robert. It's nice to get one good morning." Trinity rolled her eyes as she looked at Andrew who was still talking or yelling at Jack. Robert shrugged, "I tried to make them stop but they wouldn't." "That's fine I know how to stop it." She got off the stool walking up to Robert, she stood on her tiptoes and whispered into his ear. He nodded, "Alright, I'll give it a try." He cleared his voice, "Oh Mrs. Sullivan you're here how are you?" Jack froze and looked toward the kitchen. "I'm wonderful Robert. I'm just disappointed that my son didn't say hello to me." Prudence walked out of the kitchen and walked over to Trinity smiling. "Oh, mother! I'm so sorry I didn't know you were here." Jack spat out. "See told you it would work Robert." Trinity laughed. "Man I should do that more often." Robert smiled back. Everyone found a seat, Robert sat down next to Allison as Sara ran off to her room to play realizing that it was now adult time. Prudence sat on the couch between Jackson and Andrew, and Trinity sat on Andrew's lap.
