The moment we entered the ball room, many pair of eyes swayed to us we walked through the throes of people. I could feel my wife getting nervous, but I was too busy searching for that one person who has brought extra drama in my life.
I watch as our host the Duke of Leighton, duke Harold stands in the center of the room.
"Welcome to my ball" he greets everyone by welcoming everyone to his ball.
"Now for the fun part, there is a surprise for all of you. This ball is going to be a masquerade ball." He announces with enthusiasm.
There was chorus of cheers in the crowd. Some were excited and somewhere downright sad about it as they could not really understand with whom they were dancing. Only those can understand who have a keen eye of observing people.
