I was not shocked as per say, I was more surprised that she even asked about it.
Knowing her, she has always been too extrovert and outspoken. She does not hold back on anyone's accord. I am proud of her that she is this way and that no one can take her to be fool and use it against her. Innocent people are always an easy target.
Once she is settled, I move back and sit on the edge of the bed.
"Why do you care now?" She has asked me.
How do I tell her without giving away much about anything that seems too suspicious? So, I settled for a cold answer which surely show how detached I am and uninterested with this topic.
