Alpha?

Gween Marie Peterson POV I moaned softly and saw an unfamiliar room ceiling welcoming me. My hand raised to touch the head which somehow felt throbbing. My eyes blinked quickly and when I realized the situation, I gasped and looked around the room. My heart was beating fast and fear began to gather in my heart. Where is this? I carefully moved from the king size bed that dominated the room where I was. This room has a masculine theme because the color dominates black and there is a slight touch of gold. I turned towards the sliding door that led to the balcony and saw that the sky had turned dark. My heart was beating fast when I walked towards the door that I believe to be my sole access. When I turned the door handle, I was surprised to find it locked. While biting my lower lip which began to tremble, I ran towards the balcony and saw where I was. A sigh of relief immediately rolled out of my mouth when I saw the familiar atmosphere of New York welcoming me. I looked down and found myself in one of the skyscrapers, assuming that this room was on the twentieth floor or even more. My legs trembled because I didn't know what was happening. Wearily, I walked back into the room and sat myself on the edge of the bed. My body trembled and a sense of confusion mixed with fear filled my heart so it felt so tight. For a few minutes or hours, I don't know more precisely --- just spent sitting pensive. I couldn't escape because there was no other way, except the door and balcony. I tried to open the door, but found the door locked. It is impossible for me to escape through the balcony and risk my life. My eyes slowly closed again because I was tired of crying, but it seemed fate didn't allow me to sleep because I heard the sound of the lock turning and the door opening. I held my breath because I was about to meet my kidnapper. I prepared to give him a swear word, but it just disappeared when I saw who was standing in the middle of the room with his stout and arrogant posture. "YOU---!" *** "Get me out of here now!" I shouted for the umpteenth time. I banged on the door hard again, because I was too pissed I kicked the locked door back so tightly that my toes throbbed painfully. I grimaced and gave a sharp gaze to the door that was completely innocent, but became my outlet. "Edmund! Open the door!" I shouted again. I didn't hear anything behind the door and assumed that jerk left me alone. How dare he kidnap me and easily say that I will thank him in the future. Of course I gave him swear words and spicy sentences for him, but that jerk ignored my words and chose to put a tray of food on the nightstand. I groaned in annoyance and adjusted my messy hair because it wasn't combed. I glanced at the nightstand and saw a plate containing a warm steak because the smoke was still steaming looking so delicious and tempting. My stomach growled until several times it rang. My hand reached out to reach the plate of delicious food, but it didn't work when the sound of the key turned back and the door opened. My eyes are perfectly round when I see who's come in. "You ---" then my eyes turned towards the man standing in the doorway, "--- did you conspire with this man to kidnap me, Edmund?" Edmund shrugged his shoulders and answered casually, "I didn't kidnap you, only took you back to your original place" "Bullshit" I shouted in annoyance. My eyes blinked in surprise when I heard the same growl as I heard in the meeting room, but this time it sounded as clear as an animal's, or rather a wolf's. My eyes looked back at the man standing in front of me. He was watching me with his eyes that were originally gray, slowly darkening and turning dark black like night. I inhaled and my body began to tremble. Actually who is this man standing in front of me? He growled again at me as if to warn, then turned to Edmund. He looked straight at Edmund. Edmund also did the same thing, immediately I realized that their eyes looked blank and foggy. Then a few moments later Edmund nodded his head and bowed respectfully. After that he turned around and left me with this strange man in his own room. What just happened? Are they telepathic? That's impossible right? My eyes stared at the empty spot where Edmund had stood before. I was so confused and didn't understand. What's going on? Why was I kidnapped? Especially by Edmund who incidentally is my best friend's lover. Then now this man standing in front of me. What do you call a strange man? Ah! Yes, mate. What do you mean by Mate like a friend? I don't know his name and he thinks of me as a friend? So? Weird. I heard the growl and breath again when I felt my chin firmly gripped. He forced me to look up and look into his face. I was bewitched again when his eyes that looked back to meet my eye beads. Gray eyes that are always able to hypnotize me quickly. His eyes once again turned black and returned to normal. It kept repeating until I felt tremendous confusion. Is that a light trick? The eyes seemed to be able to read me easily and see my deepest fears. The man's face approached and the gray eyes glanced at my lips before looking back into my eyes. "Don't even think about running a little mate, because you can never escape from my grip" With a trembling voice I asked, "what do you mean?" The strange man grinned broadly and brought his face closer to me. "I love the chase, but I'm not in the mood now," he whispered. Then his eyes closed and buried his face in the niche of my neck. My body instantly tightened with his sudden movements, but my forehead immediately frowned when he heard it ... sniffed me? What? Sniff? Is he a dog that has to sniff out? I clenched my fists and tried to push his body so close to me. My eyes closed when a distinctive aroma that wafted from the man's body entered my sense of smell. The scent was so delicious that I unconsciously made my body which was originally tense turn into relax. My breath that was originally hunting, slowly began to return to normal. He looked up and whispered in my ear, "your place is by my side. Gween" *** "I. Don't. Care," I hissed as I pressed each word in my sentence just now. Edmund knelt before me and begged me not to be stubborn and eat the food he brought. He didn't want that strange man - I didn't know his name until now --- angry and punished him or worse, punished me. Of course I snorted in disbelief at what he said that didn't make sense. "Gween, you have to eat. You have to eat something so it doesn't hurt." He asked again slowly and carefully. Edmund looked like he was talking to a five-year-old child rather than a twenty-three-year-old adult woman, but I still didn't care. Let it be if he considers my attitude childish. "I don't want to eat! I just want to go home Edmund!" I shouted frustrated. I snorted annoyed and folded my arms over my chest. I turned my face toward the window and tried to ignore the big man named Edmund who was begging me to eat. This is already the third day I'm here. Every morning, afternoon and evening at the same time Edmund came with a tray of my food, but I chose a hunger strike and always ignored the food. The strange man never returned after that day, but I could feel his presence near me every night. I could feel the gaze from his gray eyes that sometimes turned black, staring at me so sharply from the direction of the single sofa that was placed in the corner of the room. I always protest to Edmund to let me go and let me go back home, but he always shakes his head and gives a thousand and one kinds of reasons not to let me go. He always said this was what it was until the experiment to --- I don't know how much, decided not to express my protest. Edmund sighed and rose from his knees. He reached for the cellphone in his pants pocket and his face turned panicked at what was on the screen. He touched the screen of his cellphone and held it close to his ear, "Oh Magg ---" "Maggie!!!" I shouted loudly. With quick reflexes Edmund covered my mouth and gave me a sharp look. "No, really Maggie ... I'm not lying ... I don't know where she is... Alright I'll go now" After that Edmund pushed his cellphone away from his ear and put the sophisticated object back into his pants pocket. He gave me a sharp look, "don't try Gween, or I won't hesitate to report this to Alpha, understand? You don't want to get punished from him do you?" I removed Edmund's hand from my mouth and commented, "Alpha? That strange man named Alpha? A strange name, but according to his strange personality" Edmund made the same growling sound that I heard from a strange man --- or what Edmund called Alpha. He gave me one last glance and I could swear Edmund's eyes turned black like that Alpha man, but not only his pupils, but his whole eyes turned black. I moved back and blinked quickly. When my eyes returned to Edmund's eyes, they returned to their original state. What I saw just now was an illusion? Am I getting crazy? Oh, God "Be a good girl and shut your mouth, understand?" hissed Edmund in a cold and sharp tone. I nodded quickly and decided not to say anything that would provoke his emotions and make him even more angry. Why am I in a difficult situation like this? I groaned and threw my body on the bed. My eyes stared at the ceiling blankly. My mind is raging with all kinds of possibilities that are happening to me right now, but the question is, Why? I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. It felt like my head was getting dizzy thinking about all these things. I just want to go home and live my normal, my old boring life. At least I don't need to think hard and meet all the strange things around me. True what people say, I used to complain with my life, but when I no longer felt it I missed that life and wanted to return to my normal life. My eyelids slowly opened when I heard the lock turn and the door opened. I blinked and realized that the day was getting late, even I didn't realize it because I was busy with my own thoughts. Alpha man - uhh means, standing in the doorway with all the pride he has. A grunt slid from my lips and chose to ignore its presence in this room. My ears move to hear the sound of heavy steps coming from Alpha and feel the bed slightly inclined. Screeching sounds came out of my lips when he lifted my body easily and put me on his lap. I gave him a murderous look, but he chose to ward off my killing gaze and rose from the bed. With wide steps and sturdy, he walked out of the room while lifting me like a bride. "Hey, where are you gonna taking me ?!" I protested loudly. My body stretched so he would drop me off, but instead this man stopped walking and fixed my position in his arms. After that he resumed walking. "Hey sir... Whoever are you --- can you drop me off again?" my words were completely ignored. I frowned in disgust and snorted. My hands folded and my lips pursed in dislike. Arriving at --- what I assumed was --- the living room, I saw several people in black, then Edmund, and two other men who were strangers in suits like Edmund stood in a stiff, strapping posture. I frowned and looked up at uhh --- what's his name? Ah Alpha! With a confused look. Of course this jerk ignored my gaze and chose to pay attention to everyone standing cold and flat. He opened his mouth and uttered a sentence that made my face turn pale, "We are going back to Alaska today. Everything in New York is over and we don't need to stay here any longer" his deep, hoarse baritone voice echoed throughout the room. The voice had such strong strength and domination that I trembled and felt like I wanted to bow my head. I cleared my throat softly and decided to say, "Uhh, sir, did you forget about me? Can you let me go now? I have to work if I don't want to get fired" that man holding me, looked down and gave me a sharp look. "Shut. Up," he hissed softly. This time I frowned and stubbornly said, "I don't want to! I have the right to speak here! And I have the right to live freely! What is your right to take me away? What if my parents are worried? What about my cat's current fate? I'm at the vet --- Oh no! Katty! Today I have to pick her up from the doctor --- "my rambling sentence stopped when everyone in the room looked at me like I was an alien. "uhh ---" Edmund decided to open his voice, "You don't need to worry about Kitty, she was picked up by Maggie two hours ago" Then he answered with a whistling voice coming from the man standing to Edmund's right, "wow! I didn't expect our queen could be fussy like this" I ignored the growling noise coming from the man holding me. His chest trembled as he growled and sent strange vibrations into my body. "I'm sorry My King," the man muttered, lowering his head softly. "Remember your position, Gamma Black," Alpha said with a calm intonation, but full of threats. Gamma Black? Then I realized something, alpha... gamma ... like Greek letters? I recognized that in math when I was in school. Then a question popped into my mind. Are they part of a heresy? I shudder to imagine that. If it's true - "Is the jet ready, General Malcolm?" asked this Alpha man in a calm voice. The man who was asked, nodded his head and answered, "Everything is ready My King, just waiting for your orders" "Good, tell Delta Del to get the car on the airstrip for pickup and let Beta Knight know I'm back today" see? Beta ... Delta ... Yes! Surely they are part of a heresy. "Everything has been done by Alpha," Gamma Black said flatly. Alpha man nodded his head and walked towards the large door that was the exit access. I was struck again by panic because I realized that this man would take me away with him. My body immediately writhed and struggled asking to be released, but the grip of my arm around my back and legs tightened. "Shut up little mate!" he hissed angrily. His eyes changed color to ---- gold? Am I not mistaken? a quick glance before returning to the familiar gray, "don't provoke my anger, understand?" What the f**k!
