Naomi's eyes widened at Ruby's declaration. She knew that finding the baby daddy would not be an easy task but since Ruby has decided to keep the baby, she felt the child needs to know his origins and the father also needs to know he is about to be a father. With a reassuring smile, Naomi nodded in agreement.
"No problem, Ruby," she said softly, "I'll help you find him. Let's start by going through everything we know about him and trying to piece together any clues that might lead us in the right direction."
Ruby nodded feeling gratefully and confident, she was ready to face the harsh reality of her life. They settled down on the couch ready to find the mysterious baby daddy.
"Did you get his name?" Naomi asked.
"No...he didn't tell me his name" Ruby replied feeling ashamed.
