The Fallen Angel

AFTER BREAKFAST

AFTER BREAKFAST Joardan just explored the house, or their mansion.

He never really explore the house since they went back home because Joardan is busy trying some codes that can open Karl's phone, but now that he opened it, he want to learn new things inside his home. He doesn't want to get stuck inside his boring room.

Joardan doesn't want his parent to know that he already opened the phone because of what he saw about Michael. Until he still haven't figured out who the girl in the video is, he want to keep his 'dad's' secret to himself.

He walk towards the long hallways and stares to every picture frame that is on the wall. The picture frames, are them. They have their own frame and a family one. Joardan stops in front of a boy picture that he never saw since he woke up.

The boy is smiling with fierce on his lips and eyes. A strong energy that you can feel by just looking at a picture, like the one in front of Joardan right now. He felt a very strong energy inside by just looking at this boy's frame. He's wearing an eye glasses and a royal uniform like his a prince.

"I never saw this person." Joardan is whisper. "He is your brother." He look back to face his mother, Veronica standing behind him. "You and your brother are very close. Until one day, the day before you went missing, you too had a fight. The day you went missing, he left. Without a word." Veronica says while walking towards Joardan. His mother wipes her tears on her cheeks. "It's like he's been missing, but the different is, he's not." She added.

Joardan couldn't move when Veronica hug her. Joardan doesn't know what to do, so he awkwardly hug Veronica back.

"I am so sorry if we become a bad parents to you two. I'm just glad that you're here. That you are alive. I almost killed myself when we got the news that you're dead." Veronica said.

After that moment, Joardan can't process things. He really wanted to know what happened to him, what happened to Karl. "Why did God gave me a second chance of living?" Joardan asks. Even he is a philosophy guy, he can't answer how he came back to life if he was shot on the head.

Even himself can't have the answer.

He went upstairs to rest when he realized the his room is lock from inside. "Ah shit." He says. "Mom! Hello? Can I have a key to my room? Please! It's lock!" Joardan shouted. While waiting, his father Michael look to him. "What are you doing?" Michael asks. "Oh, my room is lock. I forgot." Joardan answered. The man walk towards him and gave a key. "It's a master key. You can use it to open every single doors here." His father said. Joardan get the key and smiled. "Thanks." Joardan answered. He put the key inside the lock to open it. When the door finally opened, he gave the key back to his father. "No. It's yours." He said.

Joardan just smiled and went inside his room. Before he closes the door, Michael stop him. "Did you already open your phone?" His father said. "No. Useless." He answered. Michael smiled and nodded. "Okay, I'm just going to buy you another one and your going to give your old phone back to me so I can resell it." Michael said. "Thanks. Great idea." Joardan said and he closes the door.

Joardan doesn't want to give the phone back to his father when he got a new one, he wants to take care of it. Maybe he can find an answers using that phone he has right now.

"So how are you?" Joardan was shock when someone is inside his room. He look to the boy, to the angel named Alex. "You're still here?" He asks. "Of course. What do you think, I'm just gonna go? It's not easy until you're not coming with me." Alex said.

Joardan smirk.

"Sorry, but you're just gonna be bored as hell because I'm not coming with you!" Joardan said and he walk towards his bed to sit on it. "I'm used to boredom. So okay. I'll stay." Alex said. "What? No! You're gonna leave now!" Joardan said and he stood up. He grab Alex wrist and drag him near the window. "Fly high, and leave me alone!" Joardan said.

Alex just look at him.

"What are you looking at? I told you to get out of my room. What part of me you don't understand?" Joardan said. "I don't understand why do you want to live here. You don't belong here." Alex said. "For you, I'm not. But for me, I am." Joardan said. "And why do you care? I'm not an angel like you! I came back to life to do something, God gave me second chance, and I'm not gonna waste it." Joardan added. "What if I told you that you are an Angel?" Alex ask. Joardan look to him and smiled sarcastically. "Then you're a dumb angel. Go now!" Joardan said. "No."

Joardan got pissed off after Alex keep refusing to get out of his room.

Alex saw Joardan's eye turn red before Joardan push him outside the window. Alex fall but he immediately unfold his wings to fly away. For the first time in a long time, Alex got scared to a person, to an angel like him. He felt the darkness inside him, inside Joardan.

"They are right..." Alex whispered to himself.

Joardan smiled.

"See? Just one push and your away." He whispered. "I'm sorry, but whatever you are, when you pissed me off, then you'll sorry " Joardan added, but he felt guilty for what he did, but thankful that he did it, because if it's not, Alex will stay and he can't do whatever he want to do.

Joardan sat down on his bed and get the phone to the side table.

"I wonder how many secrets I hid in this phone..."

Too many secrets to destroy Karl's life. Can Karl secrets can destroy Joardan? Or he is the one who will destroy Karl secrets?

He starts searching for anything, but nothing. Just a bunch of trash memories of him. "And I wonder, how a popular boy like me, ended up to a boy who got bullied?" Joardan ask after scrolling to his gallery.

He now scroll through messages and the latest message he got is from Bryce. He opened it because of curiosity and he starts reading the conversation they had. Nothing special about it, he learned too the Bryce is his brother, the one he saw on the hallway with a glasses on his eye. The last text Karl send to his Brother is very chilling, specially what his brother replied.

'When I come home, everyone will know your secret. Mom and Dad thought you're the good son, but the truth is, you're just like you're just like your old dead friend, no wonder why he ended up dead after what happened.'

'Let's see if your coming home.'

The messages was sent the day before Karl went missing. October 19, 2019.

"What the hell?" Joardan's reaction after reading the text. He keeps scrolling to the contacts to see if he can find anything interesting, but every message was deleted, except for his brother. "Weird. But why?" Joardan asks. He went to his social media and it has a password too, he tried everything but nothing so he give up. "Social media is hell, I don't need that." Joardan says.

The morning passed and nothing special happened until the night comes.

Joardan is sleeping in his room when he heard a crumble sound outside his window. He tried not to think about it but it's getting louder and louder until it awakes him.

"Alex! I told you to go away!" Joardan says while walking towards the light switch to open the lights. He look outside his window but there is nothing, there is no one. He was confused on what he heard so he went back turn off the lights and he heard a crumble sound again. "What the hell do you want?!" Joardan shouted and he open the light again and walk towards the window. He opens it and a cold wind blow to his face for his hair to get messy. He closes the window when he felt a presence behind him. He slowly look back only to see a girl with a long black hair. "What are you doing here? And who are you?" Joardan asks, but instead of answering, the girl attacked him with her claws. "Aw!" Joardan groan.

The girl didn't stop instead she starts throwing a knife to Joardan from her pockets. "How?" Joardan ask himself if how many knife does this girl have in her pocket. The girl run towards him and push him on the wall and point a knife in Joardan's throat. Joardan kick the girl's leg and he opens the door. When the door opens he run but the girl grab him in his back and throw him on the floor. Joardan stood up and he starts fighting the girl. He pushed the girl to his bed and he starts tying the girl using a blanket.

"Joardan!" Joardan look back and saw his parent standing outside of his room.

"Run!" Joardan shout and the girl kick his balls that make him kneeled on the floor. The girl look to the couple and she chase down the couple. They start running and screaming and Joardan forces him self too stood up to follow them. "Hey!" Joardan called the girl. "You're trying to kill me first, so kill me first before them!" Joardan said. The girl grin and she run towards Joardan.

Joardan and the girl starts fighting again and he is stopping the girl from cutting his throat when they heard multiple gunshots. Michael is holding a gun, shotting the girl so she would die, but the bullet melted when it touches the girl's body. "What the?" Michael said in confusion. He keeps shooting the girl but nothing happened except for the bullet being a hot liquid. When Michael is out of loads, the girl starts walking and she prepared multiple knives to torture him. "You are just like me." The girl said and she starts running when Joardan pushes her down the stairs. The girl falls down until she unfold her bat wings.

The couple look shock when they saw the girl with it's wings, a wings that just look like a bat. She looks to Joardan. " You do not belong here!" The girl said and she flies towards Joardan. Joardan look around to find a weapon when he saw it's knife, lying on the ground. Joardan runs towards the knife and when he got it, he stab the girl on the nape with the knife.

The girl starts screaming and her body was dropped on the ground. Her body started shaking until her wings got burned. The three of them walk backwards away from the demon and when the fire ate the girl, it become ashes.

The three look to each other, no one can explain what just happened, or what the girl is, specially why it's attacking them. Veronica then fainted. "Veronica!" Michael shouted.
