Epilogue I love my job. I patrol the Caribbean waters day and night, looking for anything out of the ordinary. I am a combination of ecosystems officer, harbormaster, lifeguard, and emergency communications officer. I am paid to cruise one the world’s most spectacular seas. I never cease marveling at the water’s brilliance and fluidity. It changes colors every day in its passionate relationship with the sun, wind, sea floor, and moon.
