The silence was awkward. I didn't know whether to be happy or sad that Jameson had his eyes fixed on the road without having any thought to bully me.
I decided to plug in some headphones, thinking that listening to music would be enough for me not to feel the awkwardness.
Just after plugging in the headphones, it didn't take long before I got tired of my playlist. I think it was high time I updated my music collection. Most times, it could be tiring listening to one particular track of music over and over again.
After unplugging the headphones, I said without thinking, "Why do you even care about going to this class? Isn't your father the Alpha? I'm sure with or without you going to classes, you will surely be able to pass your grades well."
