Stop Drooling

Her mom lost her voice for awhile and when she found her voice, she said, "You have to come back home, Anna".

The reply that came from Anna's mom threw Anna off guard and there was silence on both end.

"Anna, did you hear me?" her mom asked breaking the silence.

Anna gulped some saliva down her dried throat. "Mom, I can't" came her reply.

"What do you mean you can't? Can't you see your life is in danger?" her mom's voice suddenly went high-pitched.

"In as much as I'm afraid of all that is going on around me, I can't run away from it. Maybe is just one of those things that happens here in the city, in time it'll get to normal".

Anna's mom gasps at her daughter's response. "Can you hear yourself Anna? Do you think being stalk is a joke? What if he kills you before it gets normal? What if...?"

"Enough of 'what if' mom. You don't have to jynx it, everything will be fine. Perhaps if I get to meet him again I'll ask what he wants from me".

"Please my baby, listen to me. That place isn't safe for you, come back home to us, you'll apply for any university or college of your choice here. Park up your things tonight and leave there tomorrow".

"Mom, there's no way I'll leave just like that. I haven't even completed my studies yet, not even a semester mom! How on Earth do you expect me to leave?! This was why I didn't want to tell you in the first place" Anna frowns and huff out feeling exhausted.

Anna's mom held her head in frustration and she bit her lips, she was almost at the brim of tears. "I won't decide for you my child, you know I won't force you to do something against your will. I'm just scared of loosing you, it's going to really break my heart if I loose you" she sniffled and tears slide down her cheeks.

"Please mom, don't cry, nothing is going to happen to me. If things turns out worst, I'll do as you say and come back home, I promise".

"Alright my darling, please take care of yourself, and be smart and cautious. Try to make up with Drake, he's not a bad guy from what you've told me, he just finds it weird to know you're being stalked. Okay?".

Anna smiled and nods. "Okay, I'll do as you say when I see him tomorrow".

"I love you and I miss you" Anna's mom replied and her daughter grin widely.

"I miss you very much, mom. Don't worry, I'll visit soon".

"I can't wait to have you here. Have you had dinner?".

"Not yet, perhaps after the call I will" Anna replied.

"Okay, you should do that now. This is past 7pm already".

"Okay, I'll talk to you in the morning before I go to school. Send my kisses to dad".

"Am I not going to also have your kisses?" Her mom joked and Anna giggled.

"Of course. A lot of kisses to you, the queen of the house. Muahhhhhhh" she blew her a kiss and both them of giggled.

"Goodnight, sweetheart".

"Goodnight, mom". Anna hung up the phone smiling and she sighs heavily knowing she'd finally gotten the huge weight off her chest.

She left her phone on the couch and headed to the kitchen to make dinner for herself. What should I make for dinner? She wondered opening from one cabinet to another.

While she was still contemplating on what to prepare, she heard a knock on the door. She got startled and her heartbeat deviated from normal to abnormal. She became tensed and afraid that her stalker was here again.

"Be smart and cautious" she flashback to her mom's words and she immediately made a fast move and tiptoe to her cupboard where she kept some of kitchen utensils. She opened it and brought out her kitchen knife. She held it with shaky hands and tiptoe back to her living room.

The knock came harder this time around causing Anna to jerk backwards before retracing her steps towards the door. She kept mute and didn't ask who was there, she wanted to show her stalker that she was smarter than he was. She quietly unlock the door and she opened it forcefully and raised her knife to stab her stalker.

"Jeez! Ann!" Drake exclaimed holding Anna's hand preventing the mistake she was about making.

"Drake?" She called weakly panting and staring at him in horror.

"It's me! What are you doing with a knife?" He asked staring at her confusedly.

"I...I thought it was him again" she replied in a shaky voice glancing down.

"Oh, Anna" he sighs and pulled her to his chest and hugged her. "I told you not to worry about whoever it is you think is stalking you, he can never do any harm to you".

"How would you even know that?" she asked tiredly.

"Because I'm right here to protect you" he whispered to her and kissed her head and rubbed her back soothingly. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his waist.

"But weren't you suppose to be at work?" she asked.

"I couldn't think straight nor concerntrate on my work because thoughts of you keep clouding my mind" he answered grinning.

She pulled away from him and stared at him in disbelief. "Don't tell me you told your boss you were leaving work just to come see me because trust me you're already fired".

He laughed and shook his head. "No, I didn't say that. With Nicole, it was much easier, she's a better liar than me".

"Oh, poor Nicole, she's been painted a liar because of her good deeds" she chuckled and he shrugs laughing. "So, when are you returning back to work?".

"Why? Expecting a guy?" he fakes a frown.

"Of course not! I just wanted to know if you're leaving any time soon or you're staying longer" she replied pouting.

"Well.... I'm spending tonight with you my princess" he touched her nose grinning widely.

"For real?!" She exclaimed with wide eyes and he nods.

"Yes! I couldn't wait till tomorrow to apologise for my behavior this morning, so I had to make up for it and this was the only way I could think of doing so. And most of all, I'm here to protect you" he reached out for her cheek and held it.

"How did you know I was already home?" she asked.

"I first went to the ice cream store but your boss told me you went home already that you weren't feeling well. What's the problem? Are you sick?" he asked touching her forehead and her neck.

She erupted into soft giggles. "I'm not sick, I'm very well. Well, it was just a lie I told to leave there and get home on time".

He raised a brow at her and she laughed. "Nicole is a bad influence to you my princess, I'll tell her to stay away from you" he joked and she burst into laughter.

"I dare you to tell her that and you'll eventually witness her shoving off your balls" she deadpans.

"Ahh. Don't tell me you're in support of that?" he whines.

"You'll see" she giggles and turnaround. "C'mon on in". She made way for him to come in and she shut the door closed.

"If you allow her shove it off, you'll miss out you know" he wiggles his brow at her smirking and Anna's cheek blushed in embarrassment.

"Stop being a perv" she hushed him and swats his chest and walked towards the kitchen.

"Aww, someone is shy" he teased following her behind and he grabbed her by the waist and held her still.

"Let me go, Drake" she giggles trying to struggle out of his grip.

"Your voice says it 'let me go' but your body is betraying your words. I dare you to deny it" he deadpans and kissed her neckline.

The butterflies in Anna's stomach jubilated at that single kiss and sparks stimulated inside of her. "Don't dare me like that if not I'll do something bad to you" she threatens hiding the fireworks that was shooting inside of her.

Drake snorted and turn her around. "I'll like to see that something bad" his voice went deep in a sexy tone and he licked her earlobe sending another sweet sensation all over her body which caused some erotic aches in between her thighs.

"I get it, you win, I want you to hold and kiss me so badly. But, I'm so famished, I haven't eaten since morning, I'll like for us to eat dinner then we can....." her cheek flushed mid-sentence and Drake chuckled.

"You're so innocent. So am I" he winked at her.

"You're not innocent like I am. You're just so bad" she said and pushed him away smiling.

"You've not seen me bad, I'll show you that tonight" he replied and his laughter filled the house while Anna shook her head and walked to the kitchen and he followed her.

"What are you making for dinner?".

"I have no idea. I was just contemplating on it before you arrived earlier".

"Let's see what you've got in here" he said and reached out for the cabinets. He left there an went to the fridge. "Okay, I see sausages, mashed potatoes, butter..." he paused and turnaround. "I think I know what we're having for dinner".

"Tell me" she replied.

"Bangers and Mashed" he said smiling broadly.

"Wow, you know how to prepare that?".

"Of course! Is the fastest and easiest British food to prepare. Don't tell you don't know how to make it?" he raised a brow at her and she shrugs smiling. "You're such a spoilt rich kid" he rolled his eyes and pinched her nose.

"Ouch, it's not even my fault that I don't know how to. My mom loves doing the cooking" she pouted and he chuckled.

"Don't worry, I'll teach you tonight. And it won't be just one meal I'll teach you how to prepare, I'll still teach you others at another day and time".

She gave him a wide smile. "I'll also like to learn from your sister how to prepare the meal she made the last time I was at your home. If possible this weekend would do".

"Then this weekend it is" he kissed her forehead and pulled her closer. "C'mon, help me bring out this stuffs let's start cooking".

"Yes chef" she replied and they both chuckled.

The two lovers excitedly brought out all the items needed for cooking and he taught her how to add each ingredients to the mashed potatoes. They kissed a couple of times while they were making the meal.

In a couple of minutes, Bangers and Mashed was ready. Drake kept the two plates of food on the table in the living room. "Ta da! Dinner is served, my princess!" He announced happily.

"It smells so delicious, my prince" Anna giggled and pecked his cheek.

"Please sit and enjoy your meal" he said and he took her hand and led her to the double couch. They both sat down on it and Anna ate from hers first.

"Hmm...so yummy and tasteful" she moans.

"Thanks. We both made it to taste this good" he replied and began eating from his. He fed her out of his plate of meal and she did same. He placed the sausage on his teeth and he gestured her to share a mouth to mouth feeding with him. She accepted and shared it with him which ended up with both of them kissing each other deeply.

"I should clear the table while you go freshen up" he suggested after they broke the kiss and their plate was empty.

"Okay, thanks for the hearty meal" she smiled and stood up.

"The pleasure is all mine" came his reply and he walked to the kitchen to drop the plates and do the dishes while Anna went to her room.

Couple of minutes later, Drake was in Anna's room. He was done doing the dishes and Anna was done taking her bath, she was on a black silky bum-shot and a pink sport bra.

"You're looking so hot, are you trying to tempt me?" he wiggled his brows and stared at her with those beautiful eyes of his.

"Stop being silly, this is my house, I can wear whatever I want. Now go have your bath, you smell like a rotten egg" she shot him a playful glare.

"My feelings are hurt" he fake hurt and placed his hand on his chest. "Regardless, I'll freshen up to smell good for you my princess".

He took of his grey color shirt and threw it on the bed. Anna gasps at the sight in front of her. She drooled at Drake's gorgeous body and Drake caught her staring.

"Stop drooling and come touch it" he winks at her and her cheek flushed for the umpteenth time today.

"Don't be so full of yourself. Go have your bath right now or I'll send you out of here" she replied glancing away.

"Yes, mom" he chuckled and went to the bathroom to have a shower.
