Nina was stunned, but Henrique had been knocked out. The girl with big eyes was a small thing, but she was the only woman who had affected him in that way. And she seemed truly innocent, as her eyes showed fear; she wasn't one of those women who would throw themselves at any man in pants, and he was extremely relieved by that.
They turned to face the judge, and Henrique could pinpoint the exact moment when Nina noticed the scars on the left side of his face.
