Benny didn’t drink anymore, Danny lived too far away, Luke had some family thing going on, and Mike had never really been friends with Kent because of the age difference, not that it would matter because Kent didn’t drink anymore either. But the lack of sleep, the stress, and the last fight with Terri had pushed Mike to the edge, so, drinking buddy or no, he was going drinking after work to try to ease some of the tension in his mind. He didn’t feel like driving out to The Barn, and he wasn’t sure who would be there on a Monday night, so he went to the bar in town.
