Chapter 9: The Ice PlanetA week later Kia stood meekly beside Tíogari as they waited to board the last shuttle down to the ice world, Chisanu. They’d hung back, waiting for the tannoy to make the final call for visitors to the ice cathedral of the Order of Shunyey before joining the stragglers at the end of the queue.
Even with her eyes cast down and unable to see much, she bubbled with excitement. At last she was escaping the confines of the cramped cabin she and Tíogari had moved to after the bounty hunters’ attack.
