Chapter 4

Weeks had passed. She has a constant chatmate now. Nobody knows about it. It is her dirty little secret. Every time she spends talking to Drev makes her more interested in the guy.

Summer is approaching and she feels that in every day of her life. It is hot outside, especially when she travels to work since she is commuting. Even if she chooses light clothes, it does not help at all.

She is currently busy today, it is Avery’s 5th birthday celebration. They will just celebrate in their house and just invite close friends and family. All the food was ordered and delivered now. Dolly and Adi help her in putting up some decorations and balloons.

“Mommy!!! I have a package..the delivery man says it is for Avery Miranda” Avery shouts from outside the house.

James and I ran outside to confirm and to my surprise there really is a huge box named for my daughter. I did not order anything but I am guessing it came from someone I should not mention to anybody here.

The delivery guy asked me to sign on the receiving paper before he leaves and greet Avery a happy birthday. She is jumping excitedly and cannot wait to open the box. I also wonder what would be inside this package.

We all come inside and James brings the box. My mother, Analiza, brings me scissors to open the box. Avery and Akisha and the other kids surround us while we are opening it. The girls squeal loudly when they see what is inside.

It is a very huge pink doll house with all its accessories. The only message inside written on a big card is “Happy Birthday princess Avery”. There is no signature or name so to avoid confusion she claimed that it was her surprise gift for her.

“Do you like it baby?” Avery hugs her and smiles widely.

“I will enjoy playing it with Aki Mommy, thank you so much. You are the best mother on earth.” She exaggerates when she is so excited.

They let the kids play with the doll house. It is big enough that the height is almost as tall as Avery. Akisha together with Jean and Allysa, Avery’s classmates and neighbors are all excited too. The girls' happy chats proved how they appreciated the gift.

“I did know that you ordered that hon”, James whispered in her ears.

She smiles at him. “I want to surprise her. And telling you might spoil the surprise since you can't keep a secret”

He dramatically clutches his heart. “Aww, I am hurt. You will pay for that later.” He winks.

They stop bantering when her parents talk to them. They are so happy that the kids are enjoying the party.

Karlo, her brother, is sleeping in the bedroom after he eats. He is working as a call center agent and just got home from work when he arrives this morning. After playing with his nieces and giving his gift he decided to rest. All the important people in their lives are here with them.

The girls are still playing. James brings out beers so he is drinking with her father, Manuel together with Dolly, Adi, Joanne and Andrea and her cousins.

She goes to the kitchen to clean up some dishes. She sits on a stool near the fridge and opens her phone. She wants to confirm something. That doll house looks expensive, and she can never afford buying that as of the moment.

K: Hey Drev. Did you send a gift for Avery?

D: Did she like it?

K: I almost got a heart attack when the delivery guy arrives. You should inform me ahead of time or never bother to send a gift.

D: I know you will decline so I did not inform you.

Happy Birthday to Avery!

K: Thank you anyway. She really loves it as well as Akisha, but please don’t do that again. I almost got a heart attack. Haha

D: you are most welcome babe.. let’s talk again tonight? I gotta go I have an important meeting

K: okay. Take care.. good luck on the meeting

She sighs after confirming the sender of the expensive dollhouse. Why did he do that? She starts cleaning in the kitchen while thinking and hearing the laughter in their small living room. It’s around five in the afternoon and it is probably ten in the morning in Italy. How can she continue her secret conversations with Drev without being guilty?

Every time they talk, she knows that it is not a simple friendship. They flirt a lot. He is a flirt, and she enjoys every moment of it. She never experienced the type of conversations they had with James. Great! Now she is comparing. What a bitchy wife she is.

Gosh! She hates herself sometimes. But she cannot stop whatever relationship she has with Drev.

Where will it lead her? Where will it lead them?

“Are you tired hon?” James hugs her. They are currently lying down in their bed. All their visitors went home around 8 o’clock. They cleaned fast and tucked the girls to bed so they can rest early since tomorrow is Monday again.

“Just a bit exhausted, hon” She faces him and gives him a smack on the lips.

James' hand starts caressing her breast. She will never say no to love making even if she is tired and quite sleepy. He kissed her and she kissed him back. Their kiss shows how intense they are feeling for each other.

They quickly remove all their clothes and before she even knows it, he is already inside her. Their sideways position gains a deeper access to her core. She keeps on moaning while he goes in and out of her.

She just moaned as a response. His movements became rapid and fast signaling that he is close to reaching his climax.

He convulsed after he released all his juices on her. She came after him.

“Goodnight hon, I love you so much” James kissed her forehead then closed his eyes.

He is snoring by her side when her phone beeps.

She gets up and wears a James shirt. She needs to pee. She went out of the room to go to the comfort room while holding her phone.

D: Hey baby, are you still awake?

K: yeah, just about to sleep. It is a happy but tiring day

Drev calling…

“Hey!” He smiles. He is so handsome. He is still wearing his office attire based on the black suit she is seeing.

“Hi handsome!” she replies. She is coming out from the bathroom. She is thirsty after the s*x and she needs water.

“You look hot with your disheveled hair” he winks at her.

Damn! She feels her heart beat so fast just by that simple flirty action.

“I don’t think so, I look like someone who has just woken up” she laughs. Her laughter is so calm and natural.

“I disagree babe. Are you just wearing a shirt?” his eyes dimmed as he looked at her through the screen of her phone. She put her phone at the countertop while drinking water a while ago. When she realized why his sudden calm stare turned into a hot one, she wanted to slap her face. She never intended to seduce him or whatsoever. He is seeing the silhouette of her breasts and n*****s since James’s shirt is so thin. She covers her breast with her right arm while giving him a tight smile.

“Sorry for that, I didn’t think of what I am wearing” her panicked was not helped by his chuckle and full of mischief eyes.

“Damn Kira, you are making me lose myself. Would you like to show me more baby?

His extra sexy voice brings tingles to her core.
