CHAD’S POV
I had a very bad dream, in the dream, I had lost my mate and I was searching for her but I couldn’t find her. I searched for her everywhere I could think of but I just couldn’t find her. It was as if she had been taken from me by someone, someone that I had never seen before, someone who had no face. This particular person was no wolf and yet he seemed to think that he had some kind of claim over my mate. She seemed to want to go with him and although I fought for her as hard as I could I still lost her. It was like I had her one second and the next second she was gone.
I woke up sweating and my eyes wide open as if I had just seen some kind of a monster. I was hoping that my dream wouldn’t become a reality as I woke up but I was greeted by an empty and cold side of the bed.
