Chapter 20 With trembling hands, Clarke rummaged through each and every drawer inside Dennis’ office. The clock was nearing 6:30 and with every minute that passes, the anxiety builds up more and more inside of him. Four days ago inside the trap door of the church, he made a promise to Kane. He promised he would do his best to find a way for him to get out, unseen and undetected by anyone inside the estate along with sufficient evidence that would aid him in his ventures beyond the walls.
