"Did you finish your task, Brother ?"
Helio asked with a brotherly smile.
Salazar wanted to throw up but replied with a smile.
"Yes, your Majesty. We took care of the hideout of the bandits."
"Good then. Come, you have to introduce yourself with the others to the heroes."
Salazar nodded and walked toward the Emperor and his colleagues.
"Greetings Empress, Prince Albert, Princess Aeliana."
Salazar first greeted the imperial family.
The Empress nodded with a smile at her brother-in-law, Albert nodded with a sour face as he was still angry at Andrew who, stolen princess Myriam from him. Finally, Liana ignored him.
"Lia ?"
The Emperor called out to his daughter.
"Ah yes! Welcome back, uncle."
Liana replied hurriedly with a tense expression.
She was hating herself for what she said to Orion, but at least now he would be safe...
Helio shook his head and clapped his hands to draw the attention of the people in the hall.
Soon they all fell silent and turned toward the Emperor.
Helio frowned, seeing that a few important faces were not there. Elena, Anna and Austin. But he couldn't step back now, so he spoke.
"Heroes, I called you here today to form a good relation with the Nychterin Empire and the Fulgura Kingdom. But there was another reason."
Helio glanced at six people behind him, including Dante and Salazar.
The six people wore extravagant golden armor.
"Let me present to you the strongest knights of the Solaria imperial army!"
Dante walked forward, putting his fist on his chest, he spoke.
"Chief-Commander of Solaria Imperial Army, Dante."
Next was Salazar.
"Vice-Commander of Solaria Imperial Army, Salazar."
Then, a familiar face appeared in the class. It was their teacher in training after all.
"Commander of the First Division of Solaria Imperial Army, Riona."
The others were all new faces but they all gathered curious gazes as they were handsome and beautiful.
"Commander of the Second Division of Solaria Imperial Army, Marron."
"Commander of the Third Division of Solaria Imperial Army, Beton."
"Commander of the Fourth Division of Solaria Imperial Army, Laika."
The brown-haired beauty finished.
Claps! Claps! Claps! Claps!
Someone clapped in the crowd and soon they all followed.
"Thank you everyone"
Helio raised his hand and they all stopped.
"Now, don't hesitate to talk and ask for advice from them. They are seniors for you, so they will gladly help you"
Helio said, and the six of them were immediately surrounded by all the class and other nobles. It was rare for all six of them to be together after all.
Seeing them, Helio would have been happy about their motivation if not that the men were surrounding Riona and Laika while the women were the other male commanders.
Liana looked stealthily for Orion but found him nowhere. She sighed sadly.
'After what I said, it's obvious he will never come back here...'
"Lia, what happened ?"
Margreth suddenly asked her daughter.
"Eh ?"
"Your complexion has not been good for minutes."
"I-I'm just a tired mother..."
"Is it something about the Hero Orion ?"
Liana trembled, which gave her away.
"If it's about him, then don't worry, the nobles wouldn't touch him anymore, right dear ?"
Margreth reassured and turned toward Helio.
"Yes. I talked to them personally this morning. Your...Your possible marriage with one of three great heroes calmed them."
Helio said bitterly.
"I see..."
Liana nodded sadly.
'It's my duty as princess.'
She strengthened her resolve once again.
"Wait!"
Suddenly, a shout rang out, near them. It was Prince Albert.
"Albert..."
Margreth frowned at his attitude.
"So-sorry mother, but there is something I have to ask."
"And what is it ?"
"Could it be that Lia's harsh attitude toward that guy this morning was just an act ?"
Albert asked curiously.
"Yes."
Helio nodded at his son.
"Really ? Woah, I believed that Lia really became a cruel girl in my absence."
Liana's complexion turned worse at her brother's words.
"Albert."
"B-By the way, who is gonna marry her ?"
Albert quickly shifted the topic before his mother got angry.
"Austin, Jordan or Andrew."
"What?!"
At his father's answer, he shouted again.
Fortunately, his shout was drowned in the crowd.
"Please don't choose Jordan or Andrew."
Helio was shocked by that. He never interfered in his sister's affairs. Their relationship was more like colleagues than siblings, but now maybe...
"You don't want Jordan because he insulted you yesterday and you don't want Andrew either because he 'stole' Myriam from you, right ?"
Unfortunately, his wife, Margreth, knew the truth and spit it out without caring about her son's pride.
"Mo-Mother!"
Liana didn't even flinch, she knew there was no way her brother would act like one in this lifetime.
"Andrew stole Myriam ?"
Helio was confused.
Albert was ashamed but still replied.
"Yeah, so father, please ask the Fulgura Kingdom's King her daughter for me."
"Albert, if Princess Myriam really likes the Hero Andrew, I can do nothing for you..."
Helio replied seriously.
"W-Why ?!"
"Sigh...Hero Andrew is one of the strongest heroes. If the king learned what happened here, he would rather support his daughter to marry a hero."
"It's nonsense! I'm stronger than him! You know that better than anyone, father!"
Albert complained. This bullshit of heroes was really getting on his nerves.
That's why he even mocked them the day before. He couldn't stand random guys appearing and suddenly had a status equivalent to him.
"Albert, you know that they are treated as messengers of gods here. You can't talk like that."
Helio said in a harsh tone.
'f**k!'
Albert gritted his teeth in anger.
"What about Liana? You will hand her over to this fuc...guy who already has Myriam?!"
Albert asked furiously.
Anyone from the outside would have labeled him as the best brother for showing so much anger for his sister's sake.
"The majority of the nobles and our population prefer Hero Andrew."
'FUUUCK!!!!!'
His father crushed his hope.
