Aita's eyes twitched as he looked at the two figures in front of him.

The boy had short black hair and sapphire blue eyes. Girls would have found him very adorable.

The girl was extremely beautiful. Gleaming long silver hair and sublime sapphire blue eyes.

She was one of the most beautiful girls Aita had seen, with Evelyn Nychterin and Runa.

Liana, Myriam, Melissa and his four classmates were slightly behind.

Luna was surprised by Aita's reaction. Normally, the boys would be dazed by her appearance, but Aita was calm.

She couldn't know that.

Currently, Aita was heavily influenced by Soren's ideology, thus he had only Runa in his eyes now.

"You..."

Aita stared at Luna.

Luna smirked at seeing his reaction.

"As expected, even you..."

"You are very strong."

"Eh ?"

"You are quite strong, aren't you ?"

Aita said, genuinely impressed by Luna's strength.

"W-Well, thanks I guess ?"

Luna didn't know if she should feel happy or not because of his praise. It would have been better if he praised her appearance as she was a girl instead of the strength first...

"You are even stronger than those burly guys in my class..."

"S-Shut up now ! I understood!"

Luna felt like Aita was looking at her like a gorilla, so she wanted him to stop.

Aita shrugged and turned back toward Zack.

Zack understood what he wanted so he spoke.

"I am the Lord Commander of Lunarstella Imperial Army, Zack Lunarstella."

Aita was stunned. From what he remembered, the Lord Commander had the highest authority after the Emperor. He was the supreme commander of all the armies.

Now he could understand his inhuman strength. He had to be strong as a Lord Commander.

'Wait.. could it be...'

He turned toward the siblings.

Zack gave a nod to them.

Luna sighed and spoke.

"First Princess of the great Lunarstella Empire, Selena Luna Lunarstella."

She made an elegant greeting but without enthusiasm.

Next, her younger brother also came forward.

He was a little scared of Aita but he couldn't show a pathetic image.

"First Prince of the great Lunarstella Empire, Narvi Lewis Lunarstella."

"Why are you adding 'great' though ?"

Aita destroyed the solemn atmosphere with a question nobody asked them before.

Of course, adding 'great' was just for their pride.

"B-Because Lunarstella is a great Empire!"

Selena replied, proudly.

Aita stared at her for a few seconds that felt like hours for Selena.

"I see."

He turned back to Zack.

'What is this reaction ?!'

Aita ignored the annoyed Selena and opened his mouth.

"You want me to help you because of your status as royalty ?"

"Yes. Attacking us will bring you nothing. But if you help us, you will gain the favor of the Emperor."

Zack explained with a smile.

Aita fell in thought at his words.

Truthfully, it was not a bad deal.

He didn't want to return to Solaria and the best choice then would be Lunarstella, their enemy.

Moreover, with the Emperor's favor, he could move freely and ask what he wanted.

And he was sure that those guys knew how to get out of this forest quickly.

"Alright."

Aita nodded in the end.

"Nice decision, but can we believe you ?"

Zack said in a doubtful tone.

He was afraid Aita changed his mind during a fight.

"Are you looking down on me ? I will never act like a coward."

Aita was angry at Zack's words. If he betrayed his word, then he wouldn't be different than Alfred and Ubbe.

"Otherwise I wouldn't be worthy of Valhalla..."

Aita trailed off in the end.

"I see..."

Zack could feel honesty from Aita's words but something was bugging him.

'What is Valhalla though...'

"Uncle, are you sure about this ?"

Selena suddenly asked with a skeptical expression.

"Yes Luna. We don't know their exact number so we have to be careful."

Zack nodded, as he was still wary of the assassins.

The fact that nobody had come until now confirmed that they were planning something.

"Then now it's decided. Let's move from this place first."

"Wait."

Aita stopped them from leaving.

"What ?"

"Give me a healing elixir."

Aita asked glancing at Selena.

"What?!"

"Do you think I'm in a state to walk ?"

Although he was standing, he couldn't even budge.

He was standing just by willpower.

Seeing that Selena was taking her time, Aita got annoyed.

"It's because of him that I am injured, so quick!"

"You!"

Selena was shocked by Aita's shameless attitude.

He was the one starting the fight after all!

"Sigh...Luna give him, let's not waste anymore time here."

"Yes..."

Selena nodded reluctantly at her uncle and took out a vial from her space ring.

Then she threw it to Aita.

The latter caught it and gulped down the content.

His injuries healed fastly. It was even more efficient than the ones his torturer used on him.

Throwing away the vial, Aita checked his left arm.

After squeezing his fist several times, he nodded in satisfaction.

"Oh, what's your name by the way ?"

Zack asked as he didn't present himself yet.

Aita looked up and replied without hesitation.

"Aita."

Although he had the memories of Soren and Orion, there was no doubt that both of them were dead.

Though not completely as Aita had most of their memories now.

"Aita huh."

Zack and the others found the name unique but after seeing what he did until now, they didn't care anymore.

"Then, Aita take a weapon from them, it could be useful."

Zack said, looking at the dead bodies of the assassins.

Aita wanted to ask what about their dead comrades but stopped.

Selena and her brother were already taking care of the bodies of their fallen comrades.

"Luna, Narvi, let's finish this quickly. The assassins could be there at any moment."

"Hm"

Selena and Narvi nodded.

Leaving them Aita took a sword and some clothes from the dead assassins.

He put on a black leather armor over his ripped shirt.

Then he sat on the ground. Leaning his back on a tree or what remained of the tree, he closed his eyes.

In one day, he went through a lot of tiring things and wanted to rest a bit before leaving.
