Cedric wasn't sure but it sounded as if Eiran was mocking him. It would make more sense if he knew what went down between Alyna and him.
However, by the looks of it, Cedric couldn't tell if Alyna even remembered any of it.
The slightest of hint that he or Delphine affected her were nowhere to be seen. She was calm like an undisturbed surface of the water.
