Day seven

The Next Morning

She sighed as she didn’t know if what she did was a good thing or a bad thing for her and the younger. She just hoped that this wouldn’t come back and bite her in the ass or be a pain for the oldest. The night before last she brought the soldier inside the house after remembering what Alex said to her after and that is when they felt the ground shack and they did not go anywhere near the windows, and she made sure that nelson was asleep before asking him. Why did you think that people were dead? The soldier looked at the younger kid looking at him and then looked at the other younger kid. They were holding onto each other breathing heavily since the one that was holding the younger was breathing harder than the younger kid. He took off his helmet as he sighed as he said.

We thought that everybody was dead since the people we would send out never came back. The oldest growled at him as held the youngest tighter to her. Only the rich and important got out just on time the rest had to suffer because of their class. She said as she put the youngest she put him in the tub.

She turned to the bathtub where the youngest was sound asleep. The hate he and his family must have faced because of their race. She said as she looked at the youngest then thought about the oldest as she looked at the soldier. The amount of hate she must have faced when they broadcasted the deaths of those who were being tested on. She looked at the soldier with the devil on her face. She was about to say something again when the bathroom door was broken.

Two male dead were in front of them and they were going to get ready to attack when they made a motion that meant home for the youngest. Home? She said looking at one of the dead. She looked confused but wanted so badly to see her older friend so she looked back at the dead.

She had the youngest in her arms the youngest was sound asleep. She made sure that she was holding him right so if she had to run she could do it without waking the youngest up.

Waking up and heard screaming outside her home. She knew beside her and her kids. She was the only human here. Getting out of the bathtub and grabbing her bat and opened her door and saw a dead in her face. She stayed still and held her breath. She opened her eyes and saw her childhood friend. When her childhood friend had moved her head, she saw her children.

When she did not see the fear in their eyes instead, they had hope, and happiness in their eyes was enough for her not to see a soldier next to them. Her friend turned to her, and she saw his hand going up. Her hold on her bat was getting harder. She was getting ready to swing when she felt his hand on her face. Her eyes went wide open when she felt how warm he was. She was shocked as she knew this feeling.

Afternoon

Wait warm? He asked me as I had tears in my eyes from seeing the picture that was used as a bookmark. What’s wrong Edwin? They saw someone hang themselves. Victor? But he said he made it to the wall. I am sorry! She heard the soldier say as he takes the gun to her children. Before she could say no., she saw her friend throw himself at the soldier. She grabbed her bat and hit the soldier and told her kids to go to the bedroom. The second oldest does not know what to do. Did what the oldest told her to do. The second oldest having the youngest in her arms opened the door and throw him on the bed which caused him to wake up and close the door.

Leave him alone! She screamed at the soldier. Trying to hit him with her bat when she saw another dead in her front door, and she realized it was her other childhood friend. Still being the same as when they were kids, she knew what he was going to do but she couldn’t stop him from doing it. He got her and opened the bedroom door and shoved her in there with her kids. Alex? What is going on?! That’s when they heard two shots and a howl of pain. Opening the door, the second oldest was the only one that had the mind to open the door. Afternoon

The last part barely came out as a whisper. Her voice is barely a whisper as she tells her children that they would wait for her inside the house no matter what. To which the youngers did not listen and the oldest screamed at them to cover their eyes. Just a little up the corner of her home she saw her neighbor’s hanged wife as he is on his knees looking dangerous. The second oldest had opened her eyes and grabbed the youngest.

As she grabbed him and held him in her arms and was backing up when she heard a screech coming from the tree where the wife or girlfriend was she looked at the oldest who was looking at the tree. Alex? What the f**k? I thought that they could only die not to turn. Wrong the CDC was covering the experiments. She told the second oldest.
