I feel like you have put five levels of base powder on my face, and you just keep on brushing,” she said irritably as she pried her face away from her, but Beatrice just kept on chasing her. They had been doing that for a while now, about an hour already, and her best friend was showing no sign of stopping. Was she that ugly that she was putting on this amount of makeup on? “Don’t be so overly dramatic, bestie. I just put light makeup on you, and we’re just here for ten minutes! Your other eye still has no eyeshadow! Stop moving!” She took her face by the chin and forced it to look at her. Athena could just close her eyes and let her do whatever she wanted with her face. She just hoped that it was not absurd and she wouldn’t overdo it.
