The mansion was quiet, too quiet for Evan's liking. He tossed his keys on the polished oak table, his jaw tight. Xavier's words kept replaying in his head. 'Sandra told me something...' He didn't like riddles. He didn't like uncertainty. And above all, he didn't like being played. "Benjamin!" his voice cracked through the stillness, echoing down the hallway. His butler appeared almost instantly, bowing low. "Summon Sandra. Now. Tell her if she makes me wait..."
