Continue of chapter - 5(Reality?)

…..You were nothing but a piece of my toy when I am bored to play and as for your questioning of what lacked in you was money , power and beauty even though I lived with you a thousand years I wouldn’t have gotten the power I am withholding today and it was all because of my Ex cause she rich, beautiful and holds more power than anybody else and want to live like that for the rest of my life and she did not mind even though I was engaged to you and now you can make a choice “whether to be my mistress until I get bored or simply walkout of my as the same way you entered”.

   Erica was completely shook by peters words and questioned herself “is that the same man she was in love with all these years, for whom she put a hold on her family, her dreams and her family”

All the years the relationship she thought they had was true turned out to be a false and all she felt was pain like someone tore away her soul from her body ,and that was the very second she decided to take a stand for herself and turned to peter and said “all these years the love I had for you and respect toward your family was true and even though I have some flaws I thought you would accept me as for who I am all these years I was guilty that I have hidden the truth about myself from you. But listening to you now I realise that I was foolish to even believe once in my life somebody would even truly love me and I deserve happiness, I hoped that today would be the day when I will be finally happy by sharing past with you and this will be our happily forever”.

And with that she turned around and began packing her stuff and hoped that peter would at least try and stop her explaining it was all a mistake, or to the least he would say that he was sorry for all the things he had done. And as for peter even though he was shocked that she had hidden some truth about her past from him he was the least to care about her words and feelings right now and he was partially happy that she had known the truth about him and his relationships with other women and couldn’t put up with her tears right now he wanted her out of his sight as early as possible so that he can move on with his life.

Erica was completely clueless about what exactly is going on her life and what she was about to do in her life she simply took out the ring he gave her for their engagement and placed it on the table before him he looked at her tear striken face and simply turned away and with that erica strolled out of the house with her luggage and never looked back because she did not want all the memories to rush in but still her heart is bleeding out with pain and looking out of the window she wondered how her life turned upside down her mother was in the hospital , her relationship with peter turned out to be false and she is far away from why it has to be her always at fault, and why she has to be the one with so many heart breaks

On boarding the plane erica decided to leave all her past behind and believed may be this was the reason god stopped her from telling away about her parents to him and may be it was for the best she kept her relation with peter hidden from her parents and whatever it was she believed it was for the best that happened  and for now she decided to pretend that she was happy with her life.
