Chapter 22 - The Night sky

I whipped through the trees following Lee’s scent. I was going in a way I had never been, but I was confident in my abilities to follow scents. It was one of the trainings I excelled at in school. I finally came to a clearing and I smelled the air. His scent was strong so I knew he was near by. Suddenly he jumped out his wolf growled for a moment. I transformed back sitting there for a moment. I looked up but Lee was still in his wolf. He stepped forward and I ran my fingers through his fur. There was a sadness in his eyes. I hugged him around his neck.

“It’s ok.” I said lightly. He transformed back and pulled away from me. His face was red and I could tell he had been crying. “What’s wrong?” I grabbed his hand and he looked at me.

“You know what’s wrong. I want to be him. I want to be the one moving your hair and kissing you good bye. It’s not fair he was born first!” He clenched his fists. I knew I had to calm him down. I stood up and hugged him from behind.

“I love you. Please don’t be sad.” My tone was sad, my heart ached for him. I wish they were one person. Lee turned to me raising my chin, he kissed me. Sparks grew every time he kissed me. I pulled away and looked at him.

“Hannah I’ve never loved anyone so much. I have to have you.” He picked me up and I gasped. I wrapped my legs around him and kissed him. He laid me in the grass kissing me passionately. He trailed kisses down my neck stopping for a moment. “I want to mark you.” He rubbed touched and kissed my marking spot.

“I know.” I exhaled as he sucked and nibbled. “I’m just not ready yet.” He leaned back looking at my body.

“I know you’re not ready, but my urge grows every time I’m with you.” He rubbed his hands up my sides feeling my breasts and n*****s. I closed my eyes as pleasure filled my body. I felt his tongue flicking my n*****s and let out a soft moan. He kissed down me reaching my mound. My body trembled with excitement. I suddenly felt a finger enter into my chamber.

“Hannah you’re so wet.” Lee pushed his fingers in and out of me. I let out soft moans until I felt Lee begin to lick and suck my cl*t. I moaned loud as pleasure built in me. He sped up his fingers and suddenly I couldn’t hold on, I gripped the grass and my lower abdomen exploded with pleasure. My body shuttered and I took a few breaths but the pause didn’t wait, I felt Lee enter me again. His was so rock hard as he slowly pumped into me. We looked into each other’s eyes electricity felt like it was shooting between us. He sped up a little bit and I wrapped my legs around him. He was more gentle then it had been with James. Lee leaned down and kissed my neck. I had this sudden urge to clench and when I did Lee groaned. Started to give a few hard thrusts and I felt him explode. I grabbed his face and kissed him. He slowly pulled out and collapsed on top of me. Our sweaty bodies stayed still for a moment. I then felt something odd and I grabbed his face again to look at me, I suddenly felt electric shooting between us. He kissed me, but I didn’t kiss back.

“What?” He said pushing up.

“Nothing I just feel like our bond is stronger.” I said to him. He smiled and kissed me again. He rolled off me and we watched the stars.

“Sorry I didn’t pull out this time.” He said keeping his eyes to the sky.

“It’s ok.” I said knowing I hadn’t even started my birth control. He stood up and I took his hand and he pulled me up to him kissing me again. We walked to the edge of the forest and transformed to our wolves.

Lee and I arrived back to my house. I let him come in through the front door this time. Everyone was asleep. We crawled into my bed and cuddled until we fell asleep.

I was standing by the edge of the river. I looked at my hands and realized I was dreaming.

“Julia?” I heard and turned. I saw Fredrick come out of the trees. “It’s just me.” He said coming over and kissing me. I said something to him and he looked a little hurt.

“You want me to go?” He asked. I shook my head. I felt my lips moving but I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t hear anything. Then I heard myself say “Henry.” Fredrick seemingly got angry.

“Henry?!” Fredrick scoffed. “There’s nothing to be done. He’s married to Ashley. I’m unwed, unmarked, and you were promised to me.” He reached for my hand and I turned away from him. “I know you felt it earlier, our bond is stronger.” Fredrick said and I stood there, seemingly conflicted. “JULIA!” Fredrick was starting to get angry. Just then we both turned to the rustling sounds of the leaves on the trees.

“You’re scaring her!” Henry said and Fredrick turn to him. Fredrick erupted in a loud growl.

“Why are you here!?” Fredrick asked trying to control himself. Henry just watched him, he was always so calm. I felt my lips again as I said something but I could never hear what was said.

“Not until you calm down.” Henry said as we watched Fredrick losing his control starting to transform. I held out my hand as I calmed him. He crumbled to his knees breathing heavy.

“Thank you.” He said looking at me. Henry shook his head.

“Redmoon has sent word.” Henry said.

Suddenly I shot up. The sun was shining into my window and I looked at Lee. He was asleep looking so beautiful and peaceful. I laid my head on him. I started to think if people really could sever their marking bonds if they weren’t true mates.
