I looked into his warm green eyes while we waited for his family to arrive, resting on the hotel's private lounge's chair as Alonzo paced the room back and forth.
It wasn't like he was nervous or anything, apparently it was just a way he had to kill time.
A thought then popped inside my head making my heartbeat pick up at the possibility of this turning into an awkward conversation.
Still, deciding to ignore my cowardice, I spoke up.
