SELENE As I stepped into the training room, my eyes widened in awe. The room was massive, bigger than anyone I've ever seen, with a raised platform in the center where Tristan and another soldier were sparring. Around it, several other platforms were scattered, each occupied by fighters locked in combat. The sound of grunting and pounding footsteps filled the air, and I watched, mesmerized, as they clashed. But what caught my attention was the amount of gym equipment they had in here. Machines lined the walls, there were rows of treadmills, racks of weights stood in neat rows, exercise machines that seemed to stretch on forever, and punching bags hung from the ceiling like waiting prey.
